“Got us back to the airport despite heavy snow and a puncture getting to us which meant a new van and driver. Went the extra mile!”

“Very nice and helpful drivers. 1 phone operator was not helpful at all when we explained that we might be ten minutes late for pick up due to factors outwith our control. She said driver would leave without us. In end driver 30 minutes late for pick up as traffic was heavy!”

“They were on time, They pick up the phone when you call them. They inform you of the Schedules. They are easy to recognize on their hats in the airport (sounds like a joke, but its really good, makes you feel safe) They drive in a good speed, not too fast so it makes you insecure, not to slow so it gets you stressed. Polite drivers.”

“I had to get to Les Gets at very short notice. I rang the emergency number 12 hours before I needed the transfer, as it was after business hours. The person I spoke to was very helpful, accommodating my requirements. The meet at the airport was fun and efficient, resulting in safely delivering me to the door of my accommodation.”

“The only reason you didn't get a 5 was that are driver dropped us in the wrong location which meant we had to roll are cases up a ski slope to are hotel! He said that it was the closest point we discovered it wasn't ? And on are return journey got picked up outside are hotel👍”

“The transfer from Geneva was not as good as the usual , we had a french driver , who didn't speak much english , and although we managed to get commuicate to a certain extent it wasn't ideal . He also went through the centre of Geneva , which took much longer than usual , even though the normal route didn't have any issues , the return journey was excellent , and the time keeping for pick ups was excellent . I have used Skiidy many times , and this was the first time I had had an issue”

“As we have our own appartement in Les Gets we regular use your transport service already for a long time. It would be very much appreciated if we, as a loyal customer, could get a discount on the price! Pick - up time is always good but the waiting time on the airport for shared transfer is sometimes much too long (over an hour)”

“Very happy with this service. To improve it I suggest a return service costing me €440 should probably offer at least some water on the bus. Esp. on the run into resort. There's barely any opportunity to pick some up on landing and with three dehydrated and thirsty kids it would be much appreciated.”

“Yet again we used Skiidy Gonna les for our Les Gets transfer. We chose this time to use their "shared transfer". The journey was fine though the transfer was very full. Only niggle was that, knowing the mini bus was full , they couldn't accommodate our luggage. The problem was resolved by the company but a little bit of forethought would maybe have avoided the blip. Can't fault the company. You can't miss the sombreros. We will be using them again next year.”
