“Despite bad weather conditions we arrived at Geneva for check in time .”

“The only issue we seem to have is at pick up, we are the Ranfolly residence building 205 at the Telepherique de Lyon (The first building as you turn in, at the dustbins, at the top before the lift station). The pick up regularly goes to the Ranfolly building down on the bottom car park then has to drive round having rung us. Not sure how we sort it?”

“Have used Skiidi for about 5 years - are reliable and drivers friendly - however this year 2 drivers in the bigger buses wouldn’t go down go down the drive - so not so much door to door which is a bit disappointment”

Hi Tim, Thank you for your kind review and apologies if you are a little disappointed. As you know that driveway is notoriously bad when its snowing and taking 16 seater into that cul-de-sac is troublesome, and does compromise safety. The drivers are trained to asses the situation and should they feel there any risk to safety then they will look at alternative solution. The fact both drivers did the same on your arrival and your departure proves that two independent minds thoughts safety was an issue and opted for a safer solution. In future, we will endeavour to schedule you onto our smaller busses which are far more agile in smaller areas. Very kind regards The Skiidy Team

“We opted for a private transfer this trip and we were warmly welcomed at the airport and whisked off to our ski destination. Our driver was polite, friendly and helpful, and had a very good playlist en route! A small improvement for private (and other) transfers may be to park closer to the arrivals area - it would be extra special not to have to walk to the car park with bags/trolleys. Our return collection was prompt and we were speedily returned to the airport in good time for our flight home, and dropped very close to the departures. Keep up the good work.”

“Both drivers were polite and professional and knew the addresses to drop us off as well as being good drivers. However it is always frustrating to be kept waiting for an hour to set off from Geneva when someone has wandered off to get a burger.”

“Generally excellent. It was disappointing not to get a refund when my flight was cancelled well in advance of the leaving time (4 hours or so) and despite Skiidy making the trip anyway with another client. I had only booked the day before and had used several times over the previous 24 months so would have hoped for more flexibility as a loyal customer.”

“The waiting time in the airport was too long (about one hour) but after we had a good trip and for return the driver was "at time" and we arrived without anxiety !!! It would be better if all drivers could speak french more fluently.”

“Very prompt & efficient pick up and service generally (for both journeys). Was a little surprised by the return routing to Geneva airport which avoided the motorways and consequently took a little longer than we expected (not ideal & I felt a little unwell too). Was very happy with ease of booking arrangements and the pricing was reasonable (given the generally good service offered).”

“I was picked up on time and delivered to Geneva airport on time. The only downsides were that I was the first of multiple pick-ups and, unfortunately, several of the others on the transfer seemed to be suffering from coughs and colds - which I was very pleased not to catch.”
