Not bad night that I spent today, but I hadn't found that alcohol and cocktails which I want to taste. Also, I simply waited a long time to place an order, although I asked the bartender to come over more than once

Easy to book tickets, pretty straightforward I think , we’ll see how good it is when I need to remember how to access my tickets in 7 months when the event is on!

From this email, you can download your tickets as a PDF. First experience using Skiddle. Found it a bit confusing at first. Message said no tickets available, even before 10am sale. I had to sign up to option to be alerted if tickets became available. I was not alerted. After 10am, I viewed Skiddle buy tickets option, and bought tickets. No issues from there on.

Easy to book tickets and to check out. I didn't know you could join a queue prior to the ticket release so that they'll be held for you for 20 mins. It's a good idea but perhaps would be good to advertise this in advance. I found out by chance, luckily, as I went to the website prior to the ticket release. Otherwise the system was perfect.

I had to have 3 attempts at it as it timed me out! I actually got to the payment page and my card supplier approved it and then I was timed out! 8 minutes (less it seemed) is not long enough! Also it’s only luck that I had downloaded my card suppliers app a couple of weeks ago, and I could get on there and authorise payment. How would I have done it otherwise? Sometimes you have a choice of a text message or phone call, but there was no choice of that, on your website it only gave the option of going on the app! Funnily enough, my husband rang to pay our credit bill and he went straight through to Fraud - (obviously cos payment was aborted cos time ran out, then I did it again! ) so they were holding payment waiting for his call! Us oldies need more time! It’s my birthday 8th September so hoping for a good day out! Didn’t try to speak to anyone and live chat said ‘reply within 24 hours’ so just keep trying!

All was good except the price went up while I was booking as it moved from 2nd to 3rd allocation of presale tickets. No big deal, but not entirely fair

Hi Alan, Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. Please be aware, Skiddle is a ticket outlet that provides a self-service platform for promoters/event organisers to list and sell tickets. Therefore, we provide 3 different delivery methods for promoters/event organisers to choose from. At the time of purchase, you will be able to see what delivery method the promoter has selected. It sounds like in this instance the delivery method is an E-Ticket/RapidScan. Although we cannot change the delivery method of your order, you can print a paper copy if you wish to do so.
