I had difficulty retrieving my tickets - but that's probably because I am old and my software is out of date.

You can locate your order using our handy order finder tool in which you have the ability to resend your confirmation email (https://bit.ly/3WmjLTr). From this email, you can download your tickets as a PDF. I couldn't purchase the tickets through the app and had to purchase them through the website which is counterintuitive. This is the first time this has happened, so I hope it doesn't become the norm.

I found the process unnecessary long regarding accessing the tickets.Why did i need to get the app on my phone as opposed to getting my tickets attached to the confirmation email?This would have potentially made everything complicated should I have been unable to download the app for some reason.

Hey Sikhulile, As stated in the confirmation email, you don't need to download the app to access your tickets! Now I know the process it would be easy but I tried to do it without downloading the app and then decided the app would be easier had to register thenmy banksent me a code to verify it was me but the tickets are there inthe app waiting so next time it will be easier.

I was not happy you have to provide so much personal information just to by one event ticket. I am not sure why you need all the information you ask for.

Hi Alison, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I just want to confirm that we only ask for these details if you're buying tickets. We mainly ask for your address so we can verify the card details used to place the order, dispatch physical ticket stock (for the events that do have this) and deter fraudulent orders. As we mostly sell over 18 products, we do need to verify age. We do also use the info internally for demographics. As for your mobile number, we will only use this to send you SMS confirmations and get in touch with you if there are any updates to your order or event. Don’t worry though, your details are protected by our Privacy Policy so we won't sell your details to any third parties. Smooth selection process and Apple Pay payment on webpage. Then need to download a dedicated app for tickets but allows ticket to be downloaded to Apple wallet, negating the app which seems nonsensical. Unlikely to use again unless forced to do so.

Great app but once the ticket purchase has been made, I cannot see the reason for having to enter additional personal details before the actual tickets could be released.

This was a very "clunky" booking app, which I didn't like using at all. I made the venue aware of this. I have used other, much more user-friendly apps at other similar venues.

I don't use apps on the phone and it initially worried me that I might not be able to access tickets I had bought. I did work out how to print them from the laptop.
