I was online and ready to order tickets at 4pm and there were 3 different price points available. Each time I went to purchase the tickets, even though they were selected, it kept saying they weren’t available. I ended up having to start the process again a couple of times and move up to the next price point. Quite a frustrating process compared to other websites

The site was unable to cope with the volume of people purchasing tickets and so made the overall ticket buying process stressul.

Only issue is with accessible tickets often not being available. I do know that the promoter/band provides/adds ticket information not Skiddle themselves. I just wish that you could encourage them to be more aware of accessibility. I have had to contact the promoter,band & venue myself yet again as only standing tickets were available. It is crazy that i have to do that. Those without access needs can buy tickets quickly & easily in comparison. I have attached a screenshot showing no accessible tickets were available initially.

As you have noted, it is not Skiddle that decide whether an event offers accessibility options as we have no control over the running of the event. The site is good and the process should work fine but the event I wanted tickets for involved seat selection. A number of available seats were in sets of 3s and there is a restriction which prevents you purchasing 2 seats and leaving 1 left on its own. I understand why this is done but it's meant that I've had to buy tickets further back when there was at least 3 locations closer to the stage that I could have purchased if this restriction wasn't in place. I will attempt to swap them on the night but the venue has a strict non-transferable rule so I don't hold out much hope so will have to settle for seats near the back.

Hi Jonathon, Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback, Unfortunately, our allocated seating software doesn't allow for single seats to be left, this is to ensure that customers wont have to sit on their own with other members of their party spread over different rows. Due to this, ticket prices are subject to change as agreed upon purchase. Site was OK, I do take issue with the length of time you get to finish the booking. Its barely enough time to fill out the form, if you the need to find your password for a banking app to pay then you run out of time and have to enter all the information again.

Hi Natalie, The event organiser decides whether they want Rapid scan or posted tickets for their event. This is not decided by Skiddle. You can print your tickets by downloading them as a PDF. This time was not very good by time I logged into PayPal to pay through my PayPal time ran out to pay for my tickets. Also got 2 lots of payments pending out of my PayPal and bank account.. soon got sorted but not the point.

Bought tickets for Killer Rhapsody at Louth Town Hall 16 December 2023. Only one price for tickets, no mention the they were standing only tickets. Very disappointed as I am unable to stand for a prolonged period of time.

Was a bit annoyed at being randomly placed in a qué after the waiting room. We had been on the site for some while before and ended up missing out on VIP cause of how far down the qué I was, yet people I know joined last minute where much higher placed. This is unfair.
