Requests lots of unnecessary personnel details that takes a long time and makes me uncomfortable. A name and an email address would suffice, with the rest being optional.

If you ever need to contact Skiddle Customer Support, we need to run through security questions to ensure we are speaking to yourself. Skiddle may also need to call you in regards to your order. Signed up for pre release and within 1 minutes I could only get 5th release. Trying to book for a hen and no warning on maximum ticket orders. Was pure carnage!

Hi Lauren, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Some events are in high demand and we cannot ensure that every customer gets early release tickets. Event organisers set the maximum quantity of tickets that can be purchased at a time and this is different for every event organiser or even ticket type. I can no longer go too an event and have tried too change it for a different date but customer service are taking ages too contact me

Our working hours are currently 9am-5pm Monday-Friday. Cancelled event and one email to say it’s being processed, 2 weeks on and nothing from them, I won’t be returning. Happy to have your money but can’t be bothered to refund in a timely manner very poor.

I paid extra for the ticket protection . However after unforeseen circumstances I can’t attend . I’ve emailed Skiddle . Had no reply . The protection means nothing . I’ve lost my money .

Hi Barney, Thank you for your feedback. A booking fee is added per ticket and is calculated as a percentage of the face value. It's always displayed before you add any tickets to your basket. people could buy 4 tickets so just bought them and are now upwelling them leaving people with no choice but to pay double for tickets that didn’t originally cost that much

clearly run by people with no gauge of what was happening. Allowing people to buy 4 tickets has shafted an entire population. skiddle is the sole reason for exeter's student mental health crisis

Scammed me out of a refund whereby A festival merged to a night i already had tickets for and wouldn't refund the money for the festival, used delay tactics and different customer service reps when raising the issue
