Logged in and could not book the early release tickets even though I logged in at release time. When I logged out and back in I had to buy 3rd release tickets which was more expensive. Then tried to charge to get me to add addition services on.

I was struggling to make an account and tried more than once, and I didn’t receive my booking confirmation until later in the evening of the day I booked. I booked tickets in the morning.

No option to continue as guest when making a purchase. I don't really want to give every company I buy something from all of my details and sign up for an account with them so if there is an alternative next time I'm looking for tickets, I'm more likely to use that rather than skiddle.

I had the pre sale link and was put straight through but the tickets were locked till 7:00 which is fine however at 7 it didn’t automatically put me into the queue. I had to refresh the page myself which resulted in me being right at the back of the queue. Thankfully I done it at about one minute past so I wasn’t that high of a number but it was a bit of a panic! Maybe for next year make it so that from clicking the first link, it automatically puts you in the queue and there’s no need to refresh the page.

I got dumped at first attempt. 2nd attempt was ok. Surprised I have to revisit the day before the event for the tickets

Sometimes, event organisers delay the release of barcodes for the event to reduce reselling tickets unofficially. This is all set by the event organiser and unfortunately Skiddle cannot alter this. You can locate your order using our handy order finder tool in which you have the ability to resend your confirmation email (https://bit.ly/3WmjLTr). From this email, you can download your tickets as a PDF. Hi Chris, Thank you for your feedback. A booking fee is added per ticket and is calculated as a percentage of the face value. It's always displayed before you add any tickets to your basket. Franky wah was awesome, but the venue was a let down. Crammed everyone into the small room to make it busier. Not enough room to dance and overly expensive water. Sound was great but could of put it in the bigger room.

Always have trouble! Changed my password and then this wasn't accepted. But I am a bit of a tehnophobe so perhaps it's me. Old fashioned and would prefer to get ticket from the actual venue.

The 8 minute timeout is extremely frustrating being a new user. I manage to book my ticket on the 3rd attempt. I suffer with my mental health and found it very stressful.
