“What I love about Skeleton is that they take the time to set clear objectives and messages that both parties want to achieve from the outset. This sets the foundation for a successful end video which our customers love. Their turnaround is fast and nothing is ever too much! This is our fifth project with the team, and it won't be the last. Can't recommend them highly-enough.”

“From start to finish I would highly recommend Skeleton! We worked together on three stunning brand videos, and we were blown away by each one how they were all unique, yet completely complemented our brand. They took into account exactly what we wanted out of these videos and delivered beyond our expectations. At the beginning of the process, we outlined what we wanted to say, and they were able to translate it all into very exciting scripts. The storyboarding phase was really in-depth and gave a complete overview of how the videos would look. Skeleton was very collaborative, open to our notes, and able to innovate on our ideas. They delivered on time, with constant communication every step of the way. The best part, they are just so easy to work with and connect with. The people who do the work are genuine and easy to get along with.”

“Skeleton have been fantastic from the start of the process right through to the finished product. Despite starting the project just before the pandemic hit, they have been so accommodating and flexible in changing the scope of the project to deliver an effective campaign despite the obstacles and restrictions in place. They have a team member that specializes in every aspect of video production and that really provides you with the confidence and assurance not only will the project be delivered to your expectations but even more. A special shout has to go to Lucy who has been instrumental in taking the time to really understand our business, our differentiators and focus on them to produce video footage that really embraces who we are as a business. “We were looking for a new promotional video to help us recruit foster carers through social media. It was clear the team had done a lot of research in to what kind of audience we need to appeal too, (they also asked us some questions which made us really think about it too) and what their motivators are. Additionally we decided to ask them to re-branded our company and we now have a unique look which shows our ethos toward families and young people, which I am sure makes us stand out from our competition. We are all very impressed and really pleased we picked Skeleton for all the work they have put in. Recommended!”

“Good communication between my contact point at the agency and I, however sometimes things take a little too long to get done and too many changes occurred to get the final product right. With that being said, both sides were to blame in part for this.”
