Love your stuff. But your description of the shorts I purchased was wrong. On your site it says they have zippered side pockets. They have no zippers. Love the shorts otherwise. But would not have bought if I’d known there were no zippers.

Two of the five pants that I bought, when they arrived, they were not like in the photo, that makes me very upset, for the rest I love the pants but that I will keep in mind.

Hi, I emailed Sinners Attire concerning the black checkered sweatpants. I asked about sizes, and what size would fit my leg (I'm a 32/34). I got no reply after 48 hours of waiting. So I purchased the pants at a size L. The delivery came quickly, but when I tried on the order, they were way too small. The pants themselves seemed good quality (minus the checkers being uneven on both sides, however, this is what it was advertised as, so I cannot complain about that), they were way too short on the leg. When I tried returning the product, the post office charged a few pounds to return. I checked on the website, and it does say that the customer must pay for returns. Whilst I was warned of this, I am still unhappy with this component of the purchase, especially when other competing brands are offering free returns. Overall, I'm a big fan of the products you sell, but believe there is some room for improvement in the customer service department, in that all emails are replied to within 48hours, and returning products are free for the customer. Hi Seth, apologies for any issues you’ve had emailing us, if you need help quickly we also have a live chat feature on the website where you can speak to customers services directly. With regards to the joggers these are advertised and cropped joggers so they are meant to be shorter and higher up the ankle. We are right in the middle of intergrating a load of new systems from quicker international orders right down to a new easy free returns system, so this will be a lot simpler in the future. My purchased arrived fast, unfortunately It was too big, your clothes seem to be on the big size. I returned the shirt right away but I'm still waiting for my refund! It's been near a month, not nice! Many thanks for your assistance Oscar

Having looked at the other negative reviews I find myself in the same unfortunate position. my order was placed on the 20th of October where I ordered two windcheater jackets both in extra small size. I had a random text message on the 29th saying one of my orders has been refunded. Having spoke to someone online they stated that my jacket was out of stock so that was the means for the refund. I asked them as to why after 9 days I heard nothing about my order being sent or anything, they said: There has been an issue with stock/moving warehouse and apologize. To then ask when my other jacket from the same order will be sent and with me, they said on the 30th of October it will be processed/sent........ Both jackets were in stock when I ordered. If there was a problem with moving warehouse or stock issues they should keep customers in the loop better instead of randomly wondering what is going on! Not very professional. To be honest from a company I would expect more of an apology and maybe an extra discount or means for the fault on their part.

Hi Marcus, apologies we've literally moved warehouse again this week to a brand new facility which will allow us to send orders out for next day delivery up until 8pm-10pm at night. Unfortunately during the move from one warehouse to the other we've found slight stock discrepancies which happen over time due to things link human error, returns, exchanges, faulties e.t.c this is something nobody will get 100% correct when dealing with 1000's of items per day in and out of the warehouses. The stock errors are normally only highlighted after a stock count or when we get down to the very last few items of that style for example our system maybe showing 2 in stock but it may actually be sold out which is what has happened here sorry. Once we had found this out we've refunded the missing item immediately and dispatched the order. Sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused and please feel free to use SIN10 for 10% OFF any future orders Kind Regards Becki

Shirt came too small. Since I'm in the US, I don't think it's worth it to return.

Hi Jimmy, apologies the shirt you ordered doesn't fit, we do have a size guide on the website which should help you choose the correct size before ordering. As we have quite a large range of products, we do recommend checking measurements as we sell a range of different styles and fits, for example the muscle tee's would fit a lot differently to the drop shoulder tees we accept returns for up to 30 days for international customer so you can send this back if you're not completely happy

The order took longer then expected due to being delivered which sinners attire told me it because that was a day behind. I wouldn’t of knowing this if I hadn’t rang up to check on my delivery that I was waiting for. Plus the colour of the clothing isn’t the same as what was delivered Thank you Colin

The jeans were supposed to be 30 short, compared it to my river island 30 short jeans was suddenly way longer... the skinny fit well was not skinny fit at all hate it. Waste of money

Ordered a couple of t-shirts and some shorts for my partner as a present, when the t-shirt was taken out of the bag it had a big hole in the back! I’ve now had to pay more than the initial delivery price to send back a faulty item. If the original item came in good condition, as you would expect it to, I would of been more than happy. Think it is highly unfair I’ve had now spend nearly half of what the item cost to return for a reason that is no fault of my own.

Hi Sophie, if you had contacted us first we would have told you that a photo of the problem would have been enough to save the expense of sending this back and we could have sent a replacement out the same day. sorry for any problems that you've had all items are QC'd at the factory but a few do slip through the net sorry but we are more than happy to replace or refund these
Customer service is poor and website needs to be updated as it’ll say a size online and place your order and then receive a email saying it’s out of stock
