“Very helpful indeed as well as very efficient. Sadly the wig did nothing for me but they were again very helpful and efficient dealing with the return and refund. Although I had to return the wig I felt the quality of the hair was excellent. I thoroughly recommend them”

“Unfortunately the wig I purchased was too long and very dark for me. Simply wigs were excellent at refunding my purchase. I have now reordered another wig which I am pretty sure would be much more suitable for me. Thank you very much.”

“Services is always friendly and prompt. If any delays always explained in advance. The only feedback I have is if you are foreign you cannot return the wig even though I pay the taxes and duties so don't understand the issue. the wigs are excellent quality and last a long time.”

“Really good business I am never disappointed with their service. Their packaging is always lovely and the little treat is appreciated. I ordered a wig recently which was definitely not my colour with my pale complexion. They have taken this back into stock and have ordered a more suitable colour for me.”

“Very quick and efficient delivery service. Wig came with clear care instructions. The quality is really good- a little “full” for my tastes, but I put a claw clip in the back for a half-up look, and it works well. The colour match is great.”

“I like the wig, the fringe is just right as well, but I find it still looks like a wig when it is on and not like real hair, it's soft and fits nice. I just wish the wigs didn't look so thick in the front and to the sides, a lot of people have have fine hair naturally and don't want to have the really thick look.”

“I am delighted with my new simply Wigs purchase. It is the Amy Small Deluxe in sandyblonde rooted. It has a very natural look because of the roots it is also very soft and not too much hair which I prefer. I was wearing toppers but now I have gone to a fall wig due to considerable hair loss and this is my favourite. Although it's petite it fits perfectly. I love it and look forward to buying more from you.”

“I live too far away to have an appointment at the salon so I phoned (without an appointment) I was given amazing support, so kind, incredibly helpful - nothing was too much trouble. I received e mail recommendations later that day that were spot on to my specific requirements along with tips on how to solve some difficulties with my wigs slipping. I can’t recommend Simply Wigs highly enough!! Thank you so much, the advice has transformed my wig wearing experience! If you’re thinking of purchasing a wig don’t think about it any longer… Do it now - you definitely won’t regret it and if you need any help definitely ring for advice if you can’t make it to the salon!”
