“Loved the hair enhancer bought for a mature client with very fine hair. The base fitted perfect. Colour perfect but the length I had to cut lots off. So layered the enhancer and shaped round face to end of neck line.”

“The wig I originally bought wasn't quite me so I had to return it- customer services were friendly and helpful and my refund was processed quickly and I was kept up to date on progress. I did pay over £7 postage because I chose tracked but was worried about it getting lost. Overall the products and services are good so I have ordered another wig from them - hopefully this will be THE ONE! 🙂👌 but I deducted a star because for such expensive items free postage would have been preferred but I do understand they're probably not able to”

“Simply wigs are great you get prompt service very friendly and good quality wigs love them. I have only one complaint that is there is no returns for eu countries”

“Wigs are always good quality and arrive nicely packaged with a little treat inside. I personally had some difficulty finding the right wig with some recommendations not matching with the needs / wants I had outlined. However, it is clear the staff at Simplywigs are passionate about what they do and are always happy to chat / help / provide advice. A reputable, reliable company that I would recommend and continue to use.”

“A shame you cannot order by phone but have to use the website for such an expensive purchase. My wig appeared to have at least been taken out of the box and I suspect tried on by someone..But overall reasonable service.”

“I love Simply Wigs usually but, sadly, I have been hugely disappointed with the lack of availability lately of several wigs and colour ways! I do hope the situation improves soon! I cannot comment on deliveries as about 4/5 of my orders have been cancelled before they have arrived!”

“I have purchased from simply wigs for a number of years now and I have always had excellent help, advice, choice and good customer service. I just wish they had a hairdresser that specialises in trimming/ cutting wigs maybe comes in once a week or that they can recommend as I find it difficult to go to normal hairdressers. Excellent company!!!”

“I received the wig very soon after I ordered it. It arrived safely, in perfect condition and was delivered with care. I am very happy with it, it looks great, although I think it is a bit too short at the back. I would have liked it to be a bit longer in the neck.”

“Hello My recent purchase of the Long Page Mono Lace wig is a really good one. Having worn the Bailey for a few years it is very different due to the Mono top. This however is a similar colour to my own hair. I have sent a photo via the appointments email. Thank you”
