“I love the wigs I have found here. I have a small head and struggle to get wigs that fit well. I wish they would let you know that some orders take longer to arrive. I had to wait over two weeks and only got some info after I emailed them.”

“In general I very much support the service that Simply Wigs provides. The ability to try a wig and return if it doesn't suit you and the very competitive prices. Nevertheless, I recently ordered a Dahlia wig by Natural Collection, the wig, when it arrived looked nothing like the photo on the website. I admit that I hadn't noticed there was a 360 view and a video, these both did look like the wig I received but I can't see the point of putting a photo, which looks nothing like the actual wig”

“I thought I was ordering a doughnut hairpeice, but when it came it had a claw attached to it. Not what I wanted really. I know I could have sent it back, but I really could do without the hassle at the moment. That's my only gripe about Simply Wigs. I have ordered many Wigs in the past and I can say that they have changed my life, I would not shop anywhere else in the future”

“I like this wig but I don't love it. It only has a monofilament parting which is a bit limiting for me. I did know this when I ordered but underestimated how much it would make a difference - I am used to having a full monofilament top. The other thing that I didn't expect was that it would be so small - yes I did order petite but so was my last wig (Zara petite, Jon Renau) and this is much smaller! I don't have hair so I have to try and hide the ear tabs with hair pulled forward from the wig. It is really tricky getting the right size when different brands are so different on sizing. On the plus side, it is light and easy to wear, pretty much throw on and go in the morning and know it will look good without too much fussing.”

“I've been using my fringe wig regularly over the last week. No one realises it isn't my own hair unless I tell them. It's perfect under a hat/scarf. I start to feel a bit uncomfortable after a couple of hours wearing but that may be partly because I still have a few stubbly hairs around. My full wig ordered through my local cancer centre has not appeared yet but having the fringe wig has been fantastic and am sure I will actually continue to use it throughout chemo. Also excellent customer service provided by Laura when my delivery went AWOL courtesy of Royal Mail.”

“My first order... Arrived safely and quickly. I was able to let S W. Know that I'd been ill, and needed more time to return items. Sadly none of the styles I sent for were quite what I'm looking for, but I'll try again, in the knowledge that it's a trouble-free exercise. Thanks for your patience.”

“Excellent service and very kind staff. It took a long time for my wig to arrive at the warehouse but all along the staff emailed me and checked I was still happy to wait. Once it had arrived they dispatched it to me very quickly”

“Only ordered wig conditioning spray but it arrived promptly and does the job. Only negative is that the cap on the spray bottle doesn’t fit properly so keeps coming off. Have had this problem in the past but thought it would have been re designed by now. Would not stop me buying it though as it’s a very good spray”
