“Such good customer service and no problem ever sending unsuitable wigs back. Refunded almost immediately. I have had some beautiful wigs and pieces from them too. Always packaged beautifully and a lovely chocolate treat inside which my husband usually grabs lol. Excellent on line shopping experience.”

“Superb service. I have been a customer of SW for several years , I have bought lots of different styles and colours for my wig collection. I have alopecia and embrace it. I love wearing wigs and feel lucky that I can change my look whenever I want. I wear different styles all the time. Simply wigs are definitely the best company online , the choice is so vast . I would love if you could have a virtual app on your site so that we could see what suits beforehand. Just an idea 😘”

“Thank you, Simpley Wigs, on all the help and advice you gave on colour and keeping me informed on the delivery date. I love my Natural Collection Geranium 70% heat friendly fibre and 30% human hair. The wig reminds me of me, before my hair loss and I instantly look ten years younger. : ) It feels very silky and comfortable. At present it is an occasional wig and I havnt worn it enough due to the weather , but hope to be out and about as Spring is here.”

“Simply Wigs are simply the best! It is very difficult selecting wigs due to hairloss but they offer an easy order and returns service that are second to none. I wouldn't go anywhere else and highly recommend their services. They also offer wig selection in house, which is also an excellent way to get it right first time.”

“I am always pleased with my experiences with Simply Wigs. I am delighted with my wigs. I have been buying the same style for a couple of years now, but have varied the colour! My most recent experience has been with Liv in Customer Services who was so helpful. We had quite a correspondence by email back and fore. She was brilliant! I can't imagine a better place to buy wigs from than Simply Wigs. They have an enormous variety to suit everyone and always give the best advice and have a genuine interest in their customers. “I have now had a number of wigs from Simply Wigs after having skin cancer on my scalp. I chose the last one as I thought it was time to go grey and show my age! It was fuller than my last one but I am getting used to it and have friends who look forward to seeing my new choice when I make it. Delivery is prompt and descriptions online are very accurate. And I love my chocolate!”

“To say this has been a journey is an understatement, losing all your hair through chemo is devastating. However without Simply Wigs I would not have felt more confident this quickly!! I have experimented with different colours, same wig, Amber by Jon Renau. The cut is very similar to my lost hair. The quality is very good. The service is excellent. The team are really compassionate. Thank you.”
