With the tremendous rise in the popularity of top pieces....the quest to find the right colour is still difficult. I think that companies have to accept that returns are guaranteed, as long as they are perfect for resale. Simply wigs used to deny sales to those who have returned more than one item. Having said that SW is the best site for viewing the products 360 degrees. The prices are also higher than others.

perfect colour match but not great feel to the false hair scrunchy- wiry and not smooth or shiny

Product expensive and my real hair wig still mats and feels stiff despite the smoothing spray.

I bought Winner petite in silver mist and I just love it ! Fabulous affordable wig. Had loads of compliments . Indeed I will buy it again. Thank you simply wigs , you are the best .

Sadly, I sent it back for a refund. The fringe was too long and the colour looked a little darker than what it looked like in the picture. There was nothing wrong with it though and the service was good.

Bought a full wig which was advertised as having a five inch open fringe. When it arrived it stayed in the box as we were shielding and fully locked down. Last week I took it our in preparation for a funeral and an upcoming wedding. I was horrified to find there was no fringe. SW could not help me as I had ordered so long ago. I was very disappointed that it did not fit the description. They said I could send it to them and they could have finch feathering cut in but it should have been there in the first place. No hair on this wig was less than 14 inches. I can understand why the time lapse made things difficult but the description and accompanying photograph was seriously misleading.

This hair piece looked good when I wore it the first time, but already looks dry and frizzy around the crown area. I don’t feel confident to wear it again

Very efficient service, like the little gesture of the chocolate included in the package.. but i felt it was quite difficult to put the eye brows on yourself , and the transfer didn’t all come off even with a few attempts.

Exchanged first order, second wig still different to the Revlon wig purchased last October,specifically asked for identical wig.much smaller clip and less hair.disappointed.

I purchased several items including a hair fringe, Devine turban, false eyebrows and bamboo wig liner. The hair fringe looks great but is quite scratchy. I was disappointed with the quality of the turban both the material used and the rough cut edges. The eyebrows were darker than expected, too dark to use when you have no eyebrows and fair or grey hair. The wig liner is soft and comfortable. Overall a mixed review on the items but the delivery was fast and good, thank you.

I really like these eyebrows. They’re a good (small) size and not too dark. If they had stayed on better I would have given them more stars, but on the second day of wearing there were bits missing and I had to remove them.

Sadly I have yet to receive my order which I placed many weeks ago. It would appear that the order was dispatched to Spain by Simply Wigs and the shipping is being handled by UPS. Despite numerous (20 plus) emails from UPS advising me of revised delivery dates due to “ BREXIT issues” I have yet to receive the shipment. The latest date for delivery is now 18th February 2021. I’m guessing that there will be some import duty or vat due on delivery. I do not consider this delay to be due to Simply Wigs, rather an issue with the courier (UPS) and the changes caused by Brexit. I await to see if delivery does in fact arrive on 18th February.
