I posted a review about a wig that I purchased a few months ago. I gave a two-star rating because of my suspicions that this company buries negative reviews and/or neglects to put them on their website. I received a reply from the company where they said that they embrace all reviews to help buyers make educated decisions about their purchases and assuring me that the review would be posted to the website within a week or so. It has been a month. The review is still not up. I cannot speak to all of the products on this website but what I can say is that I just posted that I found the colouring of the wig to be very odd (even though it looked okay-ish in photos, only the top was the lighter auburn colors and the bottom half was all dark brown--definitely not a "mix" or blend) and the microfiber hair to be extremely uncomfortable and they have intentionally refused to post that review. Buy from this site if you would like, I did receive my product and it came in a timely fashion, but know that you cannot trust the onsite product reviews because they are only posting the good.

Wig was supposed to be petite. Wig was way too large and color way different than picture indicated. In order to return wig it would cost $176.00 for shipping. Needless to say I will not be ordering from Simply Wigs again.

Poor don’t sit especially at the front of your head like the videos Quality of wig awful tangle so easily Just rubbish not like the glamorous videos on adverts Messages through messenger few days ago so customer service is very poor Post this on your feedback page ! I wonder

hi, I have a problem with your shipment that has not yet been delivered to me. The package is in stock and they continue to postpone delivery due to brexit. It is not possible to wait that long for a delivery. I ask if possible the reimbursement of the expenses.

Bought a wig cap that just slips of my head. Wrote to the company twice had one reply regarding it and it was no returns with no other options. So that was money I cannot afford to loose lost. Not happy and won't use again

Serious stocking problems. Why has every wig I've ordered gone on "back order" why? not tell people at the checkout they will be waiting weeks for their delivery, especially ladies that have no or little hair due to various reasons or health conditions. This to me is discusting. Yes there are many good reviews when the order goes right but when it goes wrong there are many complaints and bad reviews about unhelpful customer service and struggles to get refunds back. If you shop around there are many cheaper suppliers now simply wigs has lost all its EU customers due to Brexit, they have had to put prices up. Maybe it's time to simply find a new supplier. Shame on any company that plays with ill ladies money!!

The item took over 2 weeks to arrive and when I asked why, I didn’t even get an apology for the delay just an abrupt reply. Therefore I would not use them again.
