“I was really depressed by this piece. Raquel Welch usually so reliable you can wear them straight out of the box.Cut and colour both sub standard and slightly frizzy, hopefully my hairdresser can fix it. It did have 25% off but I wouldn’t be tempted to buy cut price again sadly.”

“Not as good as the one I bought from Amazon for less than half the price! (Which turned up much more quickly) From the pictures it looks curly but it's not really, also not as thick. Not impressed!”

“I had to wait a long time for my hair piece, after I had paid for fast delivery. The stock seems to be low for many items. Maybe ensure you are not advertising them for speedy delivery, if they are not in stock”

“I have ordered from here before without a problem, this time however not so good, simply wigs did not say my wig would be on back order and take weeks and weeks to come, I wouldn't have ordered if I knew this was the case ...”

“I emailed simply wigs after purchasing their eyebrow tattoos as I was dissapointed in the product , firstly the brown colour was far too dark and secondly the tattoo was shiny on the skin . I was expecting better quality from a wig company. Sadly I had no response from them. They do nit accept returns for this item , I can see why so they are now in the fancy dress box as didn't have the heart to throw away .”

“Received wig very quickly I’m afraid it does look like one I think you have to purchase real hair wig to look authentic which is lots of money I’ve got a friend who is going to thin and restyle for me so hope it will look not so false”

“Bought 2 headbands for holding wig secure not as good as the last one I bought from you find it very soft with no hold onto the wig Ffor the first time since I started using the band type my wig went back very disappointing I would like to return them if possible. I presume you have a different supplier now not good at all”

“I’m sorry to say that the quality of the wigs I have tried lately has declined in that they feel like horsehair. The styles too are quite different as is the color, from the pictures on your website. I apologize for being so negative because I had one of your wigs years ago and was extremely pleased with it.
