Since our launch in 2005, Simply Paving have supplied paving products to over 30,000 customers to become the leading online paving supplier. We pride ourselves on our exceptional customer service, competitive prices and fast, free delivery. Seven days a week, 8am-8pm, staff who are not just friendly but also helpful and extremely knowledgeable, are on hand to take your calls and answer any query. We offer a wide range of products including patios, driveways, walling and building materials from leading suppliers such as Bradstone and StoneFlair and aim to deliver the vast majority of our orders within a 7 working day timescale.

“Outstanding customer service, nothing was too much trouble for Suzanne. The delivery company were a nightmare , lazy driver and their customer service rude. Thank God for Suzanne.”

“No delivery. Waited in 4 days. Calls assured me they would def be here Friday. Another day lost. Want a refund. Longer than they say on website not good if you have workmen in place and it holds up the whole job.”

“We were advised that delivery would take place 8 days ago.We waited in all day but no delivery. Since then numerous calls have been made to SP and told that it would be sorted. We were advised that the problem was with the distribution and their inability to keep up with demand. Explained this was not our problem but theirs to resolve. Made it clear we have builder in place to commence next week and only made the order with them as they stated delivery would take place within 7/10 days....utter rubbish. I was promised another call back today to update me. Call not received and cannot get through to anyone. Builder in place no delivery.”

“Dealing with simply paving was fine, unfortunately the people they use are not fine, Bradstone slabs were stained broken and to be honest didn't look like what I ordered.waste of time complaining.The delivery company was just as bad, 1 crate short, then fobbed off for 3 days before it turned up,with an unhelpful driver and even worse person on the phone, never again and wouldn't recommend to anyone.However the girls on the phone for simply paving were nice.”

“Rang for a material sample as per their website, was told that they do not send out samples - so question is why advertise on their web site - they just lost a good size order, Sorry to say that I will not be using them.”

“Excellent customer service that often feels hard to come by in this day and age. When you contact them nothing feels like too much trouble and they're always friendly. I run a small gardening business and cannot recommend them enough.”

“Pictures on the web nowhere near to the real stones; delivery arrived 3 days late following the assurance it would arrive on Sat am (after failing to arrive on Friday as scheduled), misleading emails from customer services! Appalling service!”

“Ordering and despatch of paving slabs was very professional. And there Professionalism stops ! Each slab had stains and marks. I have been trying for three weeks to get someone to advise me how to clean and remove these stains. 'Simply paving" have been next to useless they haven't a clue. They do not have any technicians within the Company and referred me to the manufacturer (Bradstone) this after 2 weeks of ineffective and unprofessional communication. 'Simply Paving' are a storage and despatch centre only and have no idea how to deal with complaints. Im sure they provide decent products but beware if you have reason to complain.”
