I wish I'd read the review below before ordering from this company. Their website clearly says FREE RETURNS, and it appears to be a US company, but when you try to return, they tell you that free returns are only if you're in the UK. How are you supposed to know this ahead of time? The return cost half of what the item cost in the first place (and twice as much as the postage I paid to have the item shipped to me). It's very, very misleading! A total scam!

They were super fast with delivery and had exactly what I needed. The only place I could find a tow float that could hold a water bottle.

I wish I had seen the ratings prior to purchase. This company is a scam and beware. They sent me an item that was not as described and then told me I would have to send it back to the UK. The site that’s labeled USA is not in the USA. The customer service refused to work with me and just kept saying they were allowed to do what they are doing. Very misleading site and I won’t be doing business with this company again. What a waste of money.

It seems that Simply Scuba are too busy making videos to sell products than to deal with customer complaints about defective products Last year I purchased the Apeks VX1 UV mask from Simply Scuba. In late 2021 I went diving to try out my new mask. Unfortunately before I had even entered the water for the first time the mask lens broke into a million pieces. I reported this defect to Simply Scuba in November last year including pictures. I've also been in touch with Apeks direct and they stated "This incident is maybe due to the overheating of glass but this is totally unacceptable from us" After months of limited responses from Simply Scuba whereby they say that they are waiting on a response from Apeks, but on contacting Apeks they state that they are waiting for a response from Simply Scuba, I have given up. Seems that I am trapped on the island of Pianosa, inside Joseph Heller’s Catch 22 The last response from Apeks was on the 7th February 2022 when they stated: “Your case has been take in charge by our UK sales representant who has contacted Internet Fusion.” So they have passed it onto the Apeks UK salesman, and yet since then I have not had any responses from Simply Scuba even though I have left several messages on their website. I would have expected better service from Simply Scuba. Considering that this could cause issues to other divers and potential injury I would have expected some urgency from both Internet Fusion/Simply Scuba and Apeks.

Ordered expensive drysuit socks and payed for express delivery, delivery arrived on time, but was the wrong item (a cheaper one too) packaging had been opened so quite possibly a previously returned item. Called and the automated message told me there was 25 people ahead of me Got them on online chat eventually, explained the issue and sent photos, they then replied asking was the issue that I'd got the wrong size! Correct item wont be sent until the item they sent in error is returned Terrible customer service would never dream of buying anything from them again

Appalling. Bought seac drysuit for ~£600 which started falling apart and leaking after 2 dives. Returned faulty suit over 3 weeks ago (within 30 days of purchase) and have had to email sometimes twice a day to get updates. When they have bothered to respond to emails, I've have been fobbed off with excuses like "the supplier wants to repair but we don't think this is satisfactory", then, when I pointed out my contract is with them not their supplier they said they have to send suit back to Italy as they use them as 3rd party inspectors!! Absolutely ridiculous - even a non-diver could look at the suit and see it's faulty AND they have already conceded a repair is not satisfactory, so THEY KNOW THERE IS A FAULT. Emails now being ignored and still no refund. Utterly peed off with the amount of TIME spent, STRESS caused and additional COSTS incurred pursuing this. It looks like the only way I'm going to get refunded is by taking them to court. DO NOT BUY FROM SIMPLY SCUBA IF YOU WANT A REFUND FOR FAULTY GOODS

I am so sorry to have to write this negative review, but without implication, following the purchase from Simply SCUBA, my only purchase in the UK in 2 years, my credit card was hacked and over $1400 worth of purchases were made on it. As a small business owner, this card was always used for auto payment to vendors. Therefore, payments were suspended and my credit score affected. I cannot blame Simply SCUBA, but given the card was hacked in the UK and it was the only purchase in the UK in 2 years, then it only stands to reason.

I purchased an item of clothing as a gift. Unfortunately it didn't fit. I happened to be 2 weeks outside the usual 28-days (due to being too organised) and although I didn't request a refund, was therefore refused a straight exchange. Overall, I'm disappointed with the company attitude to customer care, and won't be ordering from them in the future. Anyone considering using this company should take this into account beforehand.

Bought a premium pack snorkel set. Everything seemed OK until we went to use it for the 1st time, (in Mexico). Within 10 seconds in the water the fins came off as they were too large. On calling Simply Scuba we were told they couldn't change them as they had been used and we didn't have the original packaging. "Our bad luck" they said. No goodwill, nothing! Very poor customer service.

I wanted a new dive computer and after a lot or research decided to buy a liquivision xeo from simply scuba. The reason why i wanted to but from simply was that they seemed to be a large reputable company and they had next day delivery .. This was advertised both on the main front page and when i selected the product a count down timer stating that if i bought it within the next two hours i would get it tomorrow . I went ahead with the purchase in the recommended time with the finance option and followed up with a phone call to simply scuba to confirm they had received my order and that it would be dispatched . The guy on the phone confirmed all of the above and said it would be sent out for delivery tomorrow which was a friday . The next day i waiting in for it , being in Northern Ireland I had a suspicion it might take an extra day so didn't think much of it when it didn't arrive . On saturday i still had not received the computer or delivery information so I decided to call them. The person I spoke to looked up the details and informed me that they actually didn't have it in stock and would have to order it from liquivision . Their reason was that it costs too much so wouldn't actually keep it in stock ... I am now thinking why the hell didn't i just but it from liquivision then ?? . The girl assured me it was ordered and it would arrive in on Wednesday and would be shipped straight away. Wednesday came and I still did not receive and information about it so I called them once again to find out what was happening . This time I spoke to someone different who simply told me that it wasn't here yet and it wouldn't be in until Friday . Friday came and I still heard nothing . So I called them and spoke to the same young lad who confirmed they had received it and it was being shipped straight away and that I would get it on Saturday or monday. Its Monday and guess what ? I still do t have my computer . I phoned today to be told that it will not be delivered until tomorrow. At every stage of this purchase I have been misled and let down by miscommunication and abysmal customer care . I have had to contact simply scuba to chase my purchase every time and the only resolution I Have been offered was .. We can refund your computer so you can buy it elsewhere .??? Really this is your solution ? I have had plans ruined time wasted sitting in waiting , money lost on calls not to mention the stress . If this was i cheap item I might have seen past it but it was £800+ computer. I will never buy from simply scuba again and will do my very best to share my crappy experience with everyone i know in the dive community .
