“With a previous issue that was absolutely out of my control, they have now cancelled all pre-orders I tried to make with them. I then queried why and they said "due to issues" (their issues may I add) then even went on to comment how they will "not reply to any further communication from me and cancel future purchases" I am always fair and polite and was treat very unfairly. I was just a paying customer and they were nothing but awful to me. Avoid. Other companies deserve your money more than these crooks. I recommend The Game Collection and 365 (very nice customer service and prices)”

“Been using SimplyGames for years and never had a problem until now. Preordered Metroid Dread which never arrived but I got a refund after 10 days. I also had Guardians of the Galaxy and Mario Party preordered which haven’t arrived either. After emailing them I noticed that all my other preorders have been cancelled, when I asked why they told me that my account is now banned from using Simply Games because they’ve “had problems with Royal Mail”. Something that is beyond my control and I’m now in a lifetime ban after using them for years. Absolutely pathetic and not a way to treat someone who has spent thousands in your store. Won’t be using them again.”

“Avoid at all costs! Games do not show up, especially on the launch date as promised. Sarcastic customer service responses and full of attitude, and that is even when they do reply. Avoid. You have been warned!”

“Have used them many time through the years but ordered avengers game to play on friday as it was to be delivered by then 7 days later and 2 emals later and nothing Been told to wait 10 working days before they will do anything about it Disgrace Last ever time I will use them”

“Disgusting customer services. Pre-order a game. item not received, they have blocked my phone number and don't answer emails.. I am having to go through a chargeback to get my money back this is a rip-off company. I advised that nobody ever orders anything from this scam company”

“Quick delivery and even contacted to give a 1 hour slot time and asked if it was ok. Great price and so easy. Any questions and just call,no waiting no high caller volume.great service and i will buy from again”

“Ordered a digital download from them yesterday, i received an email saying I had paid and await the digital download email only for it never to turn up. I sent numerous emails to them asking where it was and they never bothered to reply to any, then 24hours after I brought the game they sent an email just saying the orders been cancelled with no other explaination. Terrible customer service.”
