“I ordered the deeds on behalf of my step lad. Then I saw the bad reviews after I’d paid! But 3 days later everything has arrived as promised. Good guidance notes and the official and rubber stamped copies. I personally cannot grumble. A big thumbs up from me.”

“Absolute rubbish. Promised a 1-2 day turn around and then sent an email saying it was being processed. No way to contact them and neither the email address nor the contact form works. I'm going to give it another week and then try for a refund from my bank. Do not use these people, I never will again.”

“I have order my name change document on the 22nd December 2018 and I know it was Holidays and then I had waited after the New Year and today Monday 7th 2019. I still had no text or email. I realised they only sent one email stated it will take 1-2 days and confirm being sent out. I even tried to email and email on the contact page submission form and til this day no reply. My money had been taken out of my account and no service provided. Why is such site being operating if there is no service but only take payments. Not happy at all!!! Please do avoid and look into reviews first before purchasing anything.”

“I have emailed this company several Times with no response, to later find out the email address comes up invalid and that it does not exist. I had accidentally bought an adult deedpoll instead of a child's and now need this sorted promptly before I contact a solicitor for your fraudulent business. No contact number and I will definetly not be using this company in the slightest EVER again and greatly wish I read up the reviews. Could you please contact me on hollyellis33@icloud.com”

“No sign of my documents after a week, despite their promise to deliver within 48hrs. No response to my email asking for a progress report. This company has a professional-looking website but is clearly a one-man operation run from a bedroom. Avoid.”

“I am happy with speed of turnaround. The master copy is of a standard expected however the copies paid for and sent on flimsy white paper and no seal....I wish I had read reviews prior to my order but needed urgently for a job application and found my original to be lost....since my interview and thoroughly read I noticed that my replacement is saying it is my name now despite this being a replacement for a name change as a child and since married and divorced and another name change via another deedpoll. So written to ask if this had overwritten my current name....contacted them twice and still no reply.....this company has no customer telephone number which again gives cause for concern...I would not recommend as my other deedpoll the copies were on better paper and all had a red seal...It looks like I will be visiting a local solicitor to sort out my problem which is an added cost to me now and did not need.”

“Cannot believe how long it has taken to receive my deed papers. I have made numerous attempts in contacting SimpleDeedpoll but only received one response stating its been sent out. I highly recommend NOT to use this SERVICE!!!! Please can someone call/email me! One last thing WHERE IS THIS SO CALLED LIVE CHAT!!!”

“The 'legal copies" are of very poor quality, literally a print out which looks photocopied therefore no official body would accept them. The master copy is somewhat more professional looking but still inferior compared to the last company I used whom I will go back to. Am seeking a full refund.”
