“I found Easy Choice online and read reviews, and emails and all are very good. I decided to sell my house through them. From the outset my experience was exceptional. Helen called me right at the beginning to introduce herself. she was very helpful during the sale of my property. she always kept me updated via email or phone calls. They were brilliant as a team. “Good service in general, some initial delay in communication, but our sale was quickly made once understood. There was a slight delay in response, but they successfully helped us close the sale on time, so we have no complaints and would recommend it.”

“We had a relatively easy time with conveyancing with Easy Choice. Our account manager Arina and the conveyancer were communicative throughout the process and were always contactable when needed. The emails aren't always fully answered, but progress is easy to check from a phonecall”

“I bought my new home through Easy Choice. They were responsive and gave me all the information about buying a house, but there was a little delay in buying my house, but it was not a big problem and they tried not to take too long. Overall I am satisfied. I will use their services again”

“We used Easy Choice to sell our property and buy our new home. Account Manager Arina was great and kept us updated every week without fail. Our conveyor was also excellent. Communication was excellent from start to finish. Send them an email and they will be very responsive. The requests were clear and the process was explained. Really easy and affordable company to use. I highly recommend.”

“Do not use this company . They are a third party factory run conveyancing company. I asked if the quote included all the costs and they said yes. I asked if they hold high caseloads they said no. They only hold small caseloads for quality. Both were a lie. They forwarded me to a solicitor company who added an extra £500 and denied knowledge of the pre-agreed costs. I emailed both companies and I was completely ignored. I tried to call and they refused to put me on to speak to the solicitor. Then they refused to give me a refund after 2 days whilst I was still querying the new quote. Do not waste your time or money. Its better to choose a company that is trust worthy and costs more.”

Hello Whitney, Thank you for your review. Each case handler has a case load of no more than 20 file each, we pride ourselves in not overbearing the case handlers as we are not a conveyancing factory. As you were purchasing a Leasehold property there were a few fees we could not quote you on as we did not have the management pack yet. once the management pack was received you were notified of the additional Leasehold fees set by the Freeholder. you managed to complete within 10 weeks. kindest regards Easy Choice

“Amazing service from Helen. I honestly could not be happier with the service I have received from Helen at Easy Choice. She is wonderful to communicate with, considering how busy I am sure She is. We were the first buyers/sellers and She was always patient and helpful with our endless list of questions. I can't thank the lovely Easy Choice staff enough who all held our hands and calmed our nerves! If you are thinking of buying or selling a home, you honestly can't go wrong with this company.”

“We instructed in august for a straightforward purchase. We were allocated to Eric smith solicitors who were actually handling our case. We where quite skeptical going forward with them however We prevailed. Tamara in the obsessing team was quick to issue the care forms and co formed receipt within a hour of us returning it. After onboarding Harjeet was taking over dealing with the days to day of the transaction. Harjeet isn’t the most talkative of conveyancers however he does get the job done and did answer all of my questions even once’s I didn’t think of. We completed the transaction in about 11 weeks which was okay. Overall we had a good experience, some communication could of been improved but overall happy we have completed.”
