“Didn’t use them but someone else nearby did - they caused serious damage to a metal bollard and the pavement outside my home but didn’t even bother to tell their customer. They didn’t leave a note for me so I came home to find utter carnage outside my home. It’s made it difficult to park on my own drive. I only found out who was responsible for the damage by looking at a neighbours cctv. We had to call the Council as an emergency to come and make it safe as this is a family estate where many children play. If the post had fallen on a child it would have caused serious harm. The footage shows the driver reversing at speed along the pavement! If that’s how they treat their vehicles and surroundings then I would have serious misgivings about how they treat your prized possessions.”

“Cannot praise enough the guys who came to move all of our belongings from West Row to Newmarket - we had so much stuff that required two large lorries. From the moment both teams arrived they were professional, friendly and all-round thoroughly nice guys. The speed and efficiency they worked were amazing and made what could have been a very stressful time, stress-free and painless. A huge thank you to the removal guys Wayne and Oz and Dave and Rob, the survey team and the guys in the office. 10 out of 10”

“The men were fantastic, they saved the day, especially, the more experienced men. Although, they were training the younger lad on how to move things the most efficient and safest way, which was great to see. The lady in the office was lovely as was the surveyor Tim who visited before the removal date. A good all-around experience. Very impressed indeed and we would recommend the company to all our family and friends.”

“very well priced; efficient office staff a credit to the company had to deal with several date changes always helpful and good natured. Boxed delivered in plenty of time and after use picked up quickly. Removal team very efficient and helpful.”

“First class removal company. Supplied boxes/tape and wrapping paper (included in price). The estimate was exactly what I expected. On the removal day the 3 workers were very careful with our property and very polite. Everything was put into our new property without any breakages. “The whole process from obtaining a quote to resolving a couple of small issues after the move was seamless. Especially as I am deaf and do not use a phone. All communication was via text or email and my movers on the day alway ensured I could lipread them. They even moved my garden shed for me.”
