“I had a primary rhinoplasty. Which left my nose crooked, and I suffered from breathing problems. I've since had revision surgery with another surgeon. I would not recommend.”

“Look no further! As a 71 year old I had thought long and hard as to whether it was right for me to be having cosmetic surgery or should I just be 'growing old gracefully'. I have no hesitation in recommending Mr. Lee who is a very talented and skilled man. I had my jowls and neck lifted 6 weeks ago and the procedure was done with minimum fuss under local anaesthetic. The result is priceless. I now look in the mirror and see 'me' as opposed to the old lady that I was becoming. The whole team could not be any more helpful.”

“I have recently undergone two procedures carried out by mr Simon Lee. I attended his clinic in Clifton on several occasions and each time both Mr Lee and the staff were totally Magnificent , understanding, helpful, kind , Professional and showed empathy at every stage. The customer service from Jane his secretary , the clinic staff and of course Mr Lee is second to non. I am over the moon with the results from my procedures in fact it has changed my life , the skill from Mr Lee is totally awesome . The price is also extremely reasonable and nothing is too much trouble with the aftercare. “This clinic based in Bristol is an outstanding clinic to have treatments and seek professional and honest advice about the best way forward for your particular needs. If your preference is not to have surgical intervention, then there are many options to choose from. I have chosen both non surgical and opted for surgical. Every experience has been routed in what is best for me in terms of expectations. I can only say that I have been treated with such care and professionalism and always in a genuine way. Patient First! You really are put first and you are in safe hands. Qualified and experienced hands... this make such a difference. The follow up appointments are regular so if there are any glitches... you will be looked after. I have had negative experiences in the past with other clinics and I have been subjected to poorly trained staff with no medical background but a desire to take your money. If you do want to have a treatment of any kind then take the time to see Simon Lee and his medical staff and they will guide you and take great care of you. Thank you as always to all the staff at the clinic. OH! ..and now they do minor operations at the clinic.. so very handy and no hospital visits needed as they now have a minor ops theatre at the clinic. Sandra”

“I had botox which did it not work so had to go back for a top up which again didn’t work but it also bruised me badly and my eye was swollen, i then had a small eye for ages afterwards, (the medical term i believe is ptosis) this only improved gradually after a few months & still feels smaller than it was. I informed them i wasn't happy & made a formal complaint, after a few emails all I was offered was some more botox in the future which as the treatment didn't even work & I don't live in the area isn't very helpful. I wouldn't go there again anyway. I have been to other aesthetic clinics for botox which have always worked & no issues such as this. I understand things sometimes may not work or may go wrong but it is how these things are dealt with after that is important in terms of customer service. Not a good experience or after care. Offering further treatment after treatment not working already & having a swollen black eye is not helpful especially as I don’t live in the area anymore”

“Simon Lee Clinic is a friendly and professional clinic, with welcoming staff and a wide range of treatments usually found in Harley Street, London. I was very impressed with the range of treatments on offer, the prices and the fact that staff are registered and qualified nurses, supported by a leading plastic surgeon, Simon Lee.”
