“I had booked silver services as a surprise for my wedding , unfortunately had to cancel it. I had paid the deposit and had started to pay it off . I was not once told or sent a contract stating I was not only lose the deposit but any extra money I had paid . Please do not do what I did Pay the whole money when it’s due!!! Leave it in your bank account. I can understand losing my deposit but not any other extra money!!!! That’s ridiculous!!! And should be clearly explained. I would never of paid any extra money to pay it off. I would of left it in my Own account”

Hi Tracey, I am sorry that you feel you have been treated in an unfair way. We did send a contract stating the full terms of our service as we do with all of our customers at the point of booking. The payments made are refundable for 7 days after them being sent as they will be used for the purpose of running the business and holding customers money until you may wish to cancel is unreasonable for any business to do. We wish you all the best in the future and sorry you have come away from us with negative feelings. It's a shame you didn't use us as we are sure you would have left a 5* review just as our hundreds of other customers have.

“Massive disappointment !! We Booked Silver Service Singers for our dream wedding in July 2020 but due to COVID-19 we had to postpone the wedding until August 2021, its been an awful year as I was diagnosed with Leukaemia, so we have no choice but to cancel our wedding due to my forthcoming treatment. Dan and his company have refused to refund our £1000.00 deposit or even compromise on a refund. So warning to all, ask yourself is this the type of company you want to hire?”

“I booked Silver Service Waiters for our wedding 3 years ago. Sadly, we were affected by Covid so waited a long 3 years for our day last Friday! I booked as a suprise for my husband to be, and all our guests and it absolutely didn't disappoint! Jamie and Spencer were incredible and absolutely brought the roof down. Our venue had never seen anything like it, and we had a lot of people coming to watch the show unfold. Incredible talent, including the fall (the guys nearly ended up with an ambulance if my brother had anything to do with it!!). I only realised looking back that I was chatting to the guys setting up before I walked down the isle, unbeknown to me - & I booked the suprise!!! They're honestly fantastic at what they do! Thank you so much, it will be a memory spoken about for many years to come 😊 If you're unsure whether to go ahead for your event or wedding, do it. You honestly won't be disappointed! x”

“James what a legend , he made the wearing pop and was in point. It made a perfect wedding even more memorable. If you debating using this service don’t it’s well worth the money and will leave long lasting memories.”

“We had Paul as our surprised singing waiter. He was brilliant from start to finish, he managed to shock everyone when he fell a few people went over to help him up. He got everyone joining in especially the love train, bride side and groom side dance off and sing off, brides side won hands down 🤣 We had a lot of comments of how much everyone enjoyed the singing waiter from our guests, thank you so much for bring such amazing entertainment to our wedding from the Majors xx”

“Wow! What a night we had! Our singers were absolutely fantastic and really got the party started. They had everyone fooled and several people went to help when one of them tripped over onto the dancefloor, only to start singing 'Let me entertain you'. The faces of those who had rushed to help were a picture! We can't thank you enough, you really made everyone's night!”

“Wow! Just wow! I made the booking 18 months ago and have been nervous as to whether the Bride & Groom would like it. Right up to the moment of surprise I was so nervous but it went really well. One guest was a little annoyed that she went to help the waiter who had fallen over. She was quite rude to him but he just got on with it and both singers gave a fantastic performance. They made it really special and put their heart into it. The Bride & Groom loved it and for the rest of the day, evening and the next day I was being told by other guests how much they enjoyed it. I did realise, before the reveal, who the waiters were simply because they had special quality to them. Thanks so much Paul and John for your excellent performances and to Jayne for the preparations and for listening to me wittering on when I was nervous.”

“Well what can I say, this company are simply the best!!! They moved with us and finally after 16 months and our 3rd date we got married! No idea how I managed to keep these guys a secret for that long! The day was amazing we had Shona and Gary as our waiters, they played the part brilliantly, I had contact in the run up and each time they put my mind at ease, Shona stayed for our evening reception and sung our first dance, at last by Etta James 😍 she was amazing! Shona then played our playlist and sung more songs for us through the night, Shona also hosted our mr and Mrs quiz reading our answers and finding who guests knew us best! They really do go above and beyond to create the best event ever!! We are waiting for all our photos so I will send more of Shona and Gary when we get them x Thankyou soooooo much x x x”

“Wow, just wow, I have had to take the time today to say… Ben and David are both fantastic. Our guests have been raving about them both, my Mum got totally suckered in for the fake fall (which was hilarious) and all of the songs were amazing, even though I threw in a couple of challenging ones. Gents you have made our day, we absolutely loved having you join us and could not recommend you more xx engaging, funny, immensely talented and true gentlemen. Thank you again”
