Hi I love the bracelet except it’s an exact copy of one I bought from a silversmith in France in 2012 his name is Gaetan and his studio is in Biot . If this was writing it would be plaigerism but actually it’s theft of IP - just thought you should know . It’s his keynote bracelet and he only stills it personally from his studio c lewis

Hi, pleased to hear you are happy with the bracelet. This is a classic design, which are often the best! We have been buying in Mexico for over 20 years and this is a style that I have seen in Mexico since we first bought jewellery there. I do not think its a direct copy from the silversmith in France but that it is a design inspired by other popular designs over the time. Hi, Sorry to hear you have not received your order yet. It was sent on Monday via First Class Recorded Delivery and normally would have probably arrived two days later which is today. However, with it being Christmas and the backlog from the recent postal strikes, post is taking longer. Hopefully it should be with you in the next day or two. Best wishes, Heidi

Hello, you ordered the jewellery on Friday afternoon at 16.44pm after the post had been collected so your parcel was sent on Monday. Normally it would arrive with First Class Recorded the next day but at this time of year, as expected, the post is not operating as normal and there are delays. I was extremely disappointed with my purchase. I bought the earrings as a birthday present for my daughter. I found the quality to be poor, the stone was glass and not a stone as it seemed in the photograph. They were very small. I could not under any circumstance give them to my daughter or anyone else come to that. So I had to go locally to a jewellers to buy a lovely pair of earrings which I should have done in the first place. I now have an unwanted pair of earrings.

Hi, I am very disappointed to read your review. First of all, apologies you were not happy with the earrings. If you had contacted me directly I would have of course fully refunded you for them as I would do for any product a customer is not satisfied with. In defense of the earrings, they are one of our best sellers and I have never received a complaint about them, in fact the opposite. The stone is blue topaz and is most definately not glass. Blue Topaz is a transparent stone with a blue hue. I would never list false information for a product. The product dimensions are listed with each indiviudal item and you should be able to determine from this information an estimate of the size. However, I do understand it is hard to gauge the size from measurements and with all new images I now take a picture of the item insitu to give a better idea of their size. There is always room for improvement. Again, I apologise you were not happy. Best wishes, Heidi

Products are great, however this online store runs outdated version of Magento software, which allows hackers to steal customers data. To those customers, who read this review, please check your bank statements and if you notice a transaction which you do not recognise, speak to your bank. I have checked all my transactions, and the only online website where I made a purchase was through Silver Bubble. As a Business owner you confirmed that Magento is running version 2.3.2. The latest version is 2.3.5

I am very concerned, confused and distressed that you make the accusation that hackers stole your customer data from use of our website. You are not correct in your statement that we use an outdated version of Magento, the website was recently revised and upgraded to the latest 2.3 version. I would be grateful if you could also supply me with more information & evidence about how you relate the hacking to our website. We have very strict security and protective measures in place, our customers' security is viewed very importantly and as an upmost priority. We have never received a similar accusation or been aware that use of our website exposes people to hackers. Best wishes, Heidi

I bought it for my daughter who will be 38. The delivery was rapid but what i received was cheap looking, mass produced and fit only for a child. I am beyond disappointed

Hi, really sorry to hear you were disappointed with the pendant. You can return it for a full refund. I think it is a small, dainty pendant and has sold well in the past, so is for an adult but taste and preference is such a personal thing. Apologies again that you were not happy with your order. I cant track my delivery, did not received it! And no one I called can find the tracking number provided by you Dear heidi, thank you for responding so quick. I called the delivery services. And exactly im can not find out more about my delivery unless that it left the UK via royal mail. I expected to be able to track the deliveries journey. That is what i am used to usually (also for international deliveries). Therefore im very dissapointed that i paid more money to be able to do that but i cant.
