“Awful, product was misprinted as well as rude dismissive customer service, return refused, refund refused, filed a sale of goods act claim. Avoid this company at all costs unless you like to be insulted and ripped off.”

“I’m so utterly disappointed with the product I’ve ordered. I purchased a Personalised Photo Bone China Balmoral Mug. The photo I sent was high quality but they’ve printed it at such a silly small size! Not only that- it’s wonky! Very expensive for such a poorly executed product.”

“Terrible company. I have emailed and telephoned. No response to my emails, no one answers their various phone numbers or responds to messages. I wanted to send a book to an elderly uncle with a personal message. Wasted the moment waiting and still waiting on my order. Worse company I have ever dealt with. Should be prosecuted 🤬”

“Every phone call was a complaint. They only put on good reviews mainly themselves, they dont tell you about the 2000 bad reviews. Staff are related and stick together. You made one negative response and that's it you're out.”

“Terrible service, issue with delivery address, took weeks to get back to them, them wanted further 3.95 for delivery again! Response to my emails were very slow in this matter. Do not recommend bases on service. Such a shame as some really good products.”
