“Used to be a useful company but since may 2023 has been dissolved. Since then they have been charging me through a direct debit and this month attempted to take £69.99 from me for nothing. Make sure to cancel direct debits with them as they’re now scamming.”

“I was getting the service but it randomly stopped and they continued to take payment so I contacted them but no reply so i cancelled the dd quite shocking as when I joined years ago they were prompt with there replies so something seems fishy”

They are scamming people out of their money and there’s no point trying to contact them.
If you contact the bank and cancel the payments they will keep taking the money because they use a different transaction number each time.
I have reported them as fraudulent to my bank twice and they are still able to take my money. The ONLY way to stop them is to close your bank account and open a new one. Getting a different bank card doesn’t work because I’ve tried TWICE. If you want them to stop taking your money just ask your bank to terminate your bank account and close it and open a new one they won’t have the details to the new account. It’s worked for me!”
“Instead of £5.99 a month, since March you have been taking several payments of £5.99 a month, including over 30 in June! My attempts to contact you have been unsuccessful, but you are continuing to take my money. Your website says that it is undergoing repairs. What is going on?!?”
“this company is a SCAM they're taking 10-15 payments per day of £5.99 for the last 5 months OMG. Call your bank and get ALL payments to these people cancelled ASAP!!! Whichever card you used to pay for your first £5.99/1st month payment they are using that card to keep taking payments!!!! CANCEL the card with the bank asap. Whoever is behind this needs to be in prison for financial time.”

There has been multiple payments coming out on an almost daily basis for £5.99 each. I have contacted the bank about this, however as the direct debit has a different reference number each time, they have been able to continue taking payments.
I have emailed SMTN 4-5 times in the past 2 weeks with no response. Tried calling them to no avail. The chat doesnt work.
Definitely illegitimate activity.”
“Please do not give your card to this company. I had this and it worked fine with the monthly payment being taken.
Suddenly it stopped working, I reached out to them and they asked for screen information. This was immediately provided but despite 7 further emails they never replied again at all.
However they’ve taken over £100 from my account in a 2 month period, taking the monthly fee x 4 today! What else if not fraud?”
“Same here. Very happy with the service for a number of years. Then they took my monthly payment twice in February, 4 times in March, 3 times in April, 13 times in May and already 4 times in June. No way to contact them. The chat facility on their website doesn't work, they don't answer their phone, emails get no response.
I have spoken to the bank cancelled all further payments and reported them as fraudsters.
I think the business went wrong and the owner turned rogue, maybe under pressure of debt but it's not our problem, why should we be made to pay?”
