“Nowhere on Shore's website does it explicitly state that return postage must be paid for - only to " take the return parcel to your local Post Office and get your receipt of postage", which is incredibly (and no doubt, deliberately) misleading by omission. Though Customer Services responded to my complaint, they didn't attempt to apologise for the lack of clarity regarding the returns process on either their site or Returns Form, which has left me unnecessarily out of pocket and hugely dissatisfied with their service.”

“Helmet was delivered quickly and easily. Marketed as a 'one size fits all' however this is not true. The helmet was tight on the sides of my head and I ran it with minimal pads. My friend tried it and it couldn't get onto his head. If you're at the top end of the sizing normally then this won't fit.”

“One of the best and longest standing surf shops on the south coast. They have a good stock of clothing, wetsuits, boards and pretty much anything and everything you need for getting wet in store and their online mail order service is excellent. If you sign up for their emails there is always a bargain to be had.”
