Don't bother. PS5 was delivered with a damaged controller, was sent back and they've had it for two days with no replacement dispatched. Just use Amazon, at least you know it will turn up and will be simple to return/ replace

Discussing rude customer service. Cancel tickets before you have time to reply. My ps5 was delivered damaged, hasn’t worked properly for afew months, sent it back and apparently they have received it extremely damage and are sending it back to me. Did not give me time to ask anything about just cancelled the ticket and said my issue had been resolved. Which to me it’s now an even bigger issue that Sony have told me to pursue further to the highest member of the company.

Sent me an in correct code. Lied about the time it would take to fix things. Was passive aggressive on the support team and overall useless company

Dont even answer the phone. Been on hold for two hours says i am number one in the queue. Disgusting customer service . Dont answer on messenger either and cant get anywhere . No email address . Nightmare

I ordered a game from ShopTo for Christmas. After a few weeks I realised I never got it and contact them through Facebook messenger. The agent on the other side was incredibly rude and basically told me I was lying and that they will not help in any way. Read the messages I got below and compare them to any other company Please stick to proper retailers and not places like this. A few of the messages include ShopTo: The item was shipped on the 17th of november Me: The royal mail tracking says delivered but I definitely did not get it ShopTo.Net: Ok, if the tracking says delivered, it has been ShopTo.Net: Contact Royal Mail to review the delivery and GPS data if you disagree with their delivered status Me: Yes but I did not get it. I don't know where it was delivered but it wasn't here Me: So basically Shopto is not willing to help in any capacity? ShopTo.Net: We have helped, we shipped your item, via the delivery carrier/method you requested, your delivery carrier has delivered your item ShopTo.Net: If you contact RM and they review and tell you they delivered the item somewhere other than the delivery address, get a report from them and provide it to ourselves Me: No you haven't helped. Every other company helps when mail gets lost or delivered to the wrong address the retailer helps and tries to find out where it went Me: I will contact royal mail but I will also publish this chat online so people can see the tone and nature of shopto's customer service ShopTo.Net: The item has been scanned, by your delivery carrier, upon delivery at the doorstep, the item was delivered nearly 10 days ago Me: I'll record the time of this chat and submit a complaint to your company ShopTo.Net: Please feel free to do as you choose.

Tracking provided shows no information from Royal Mail. No help or assistance offered - onus is on me to chase Royal Mail for delayed package. Painfully slow chat support with no name of person I am chatting with provided. The prices are good, but I'd rather pay more and receive minimum decent human service, which is the onus should be on the company to chase for deliveries, not me the customer. "Our team provided those 29 replies/responses, over the course of a one hour time period this afternoon" Hi (don't know what your name is as no one likes to give their names away), thanks for this info, but I don't remember asking for this. I have purchased a game and it still hasn't arrived yet. The tracking you provided me - DOESN'T WORK. I am in complete limbo and asking for some guidance, instead, I responded with terms and conditions. "providing no less than 29 replies to the same enquiry" - what are you implying here? Please explain? Can you clarify if you're saying I asked you the same thing 29 times? "ask the same enquiry again in a slightly different way" - please feel free to copy and paste where I did this? And what is the issue with asking questions? There is no tracking ID provided; I have no idea where my order is; your tone, stance and responses are poor and you do not provide names when in both online chat comms and review responses.

rude and abusive staff that tell you it is your fault when they cant deliver preorders on time even though they advised prier that it would arrive on the date specified. They also refuse to honour the arrive o time guarentee.

Terrible customer service. Used these guys a few times and been really good but royal mail lost the last two orders so I went on live chat - got someone almost straight away but they had absolutely no interest in helping at all - just got rude and told me to read response earlier about submitting a ticket and tried to make out it was my fault - would have taken 2 minutes to refund me or arrange for replacements to be sent out but no.. got a total waster, probably stoned and working from home who had no interest in helping at all.. even tried sending auto replies making out they were closed but followed them up with rude comments so clearly they were online just being a C**T - would never order a game from them again. As a company owner myself I would immediately sack the waster who picked up that chat... unbelievably rude and unhelpful - also lost them a regular customer / profits etc..

A Truly horrible company - Even their employees think so A Truly horrible company. I recently tried to buy a Playstation 5 from this company for my nephews birthday. I pre-ordered one previously (last year) and didn't realise they had a 1 console rule. When I saw this I immediately got in touch and explained my mistake. They have since banned me and taken a £20 fee despite me telling them a few minutes after I ordered! I spoke to their customer services team showing them my original message and the time it was sent and they kept referring to me breaking the rules as if i were a murderer. I would avoid this company at all costs even if you have to pay slightly more elsewhere trust me it will be worth it in the long run. If you read some of the reviews on glassdoor from their employees it is absolutely withering and specifically refers to being encouraged to rip off their customers (see below). Save yourself the trouble. 'pushes for illegal activities - very stringent - Scam people We were pushed to write positive reviews of the shop and set as task force to have any negative reviews deleted' 'Whenever there was a chance to rip off money from customers, we were promted to do so.' - Which is exactly what i have experienced. Seems like a very dodgy company to me.

The first i knew i had a problem was when i received 3 emails from my Paypal about 3 purchases i had made, (I hadn't actually made any), i then received 3 emails from ShopTo about these purchases. Firstly i contacted Paypal about unauthorised activity i then with the email from ShopTo was able to get onto the account, it had my name and address correct but my DOB was incorrect. I can confirm that the customer service using Facebook Messenger is very rude, they would or could not answer to me how an account in my name was set up without me getting an activation email. I RECKON THIS COMPANY ARE A SCAM OPERATION SO BEWARE.

I ordered the Pokemon Shining Pearl when the preorders opened. The preorder promised the Palkia figure and a poster. Today I received my package, and there were neither of the bonuses that were promised included. The figure I understand the reason, that I haven't gotten it yet as it was delayed worldwide, but the poster? There's no reason. After this I contacted support, to which they said "This should have come with the poster. Please accept our apologies for this, unfortunately we do not have any stock of this left." But since there was nothing on my package apart from the game how am I supposed to be happy with my order? I paid for a service, so I should get my bonuses. Very unhappy with the service. Terrible customer support.

Not just rude but NASTY customer service. Please don't ignore the one star reviews, ShopTo are simply awful to deal with and the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I asked to cancel an order politely on the phone and the man I spoke to was so nasty he reduced me to tears. They refuse to send you your money back, belittle you and ignore any complaints. DO NOT USE

My wife sent a message this morning regarding how to get her money back after cancelling a refund. She is dyslexic and needs support in reading information, particularly when there is a vast amount of it. As there was no one to support her at that moment in time, she found it easier to send a message via Facebook to get more direct information. She received a rude and sarcastic reply back from an unnamed person via messenger. Once she showed it to me I replied on her behalf and received an even nastier reply back. This caused her massive upset as she shouldn’t need to explain her situation to complete strangers just to get some help. Her original message was perfectly polite and a great task for her to compose in the first place. In a world where we are asking for people to “be kind,” this employee clearly couldn’t care less about.

Did exactly what it said on the tin, so to speak. I placed my order for ps5 bundle, they fulfilled my order and delivered the order within the specified time frame. No problems at all, thank you

Absolute joke of a website. They make it near impossible to create an account. The link to your Amazon account doesn't even work. The only option to pay is with Paypal and that doesn't even work. I've tried 3 different forms of payment on Paypal and it still doesn't work. There is no option to use your credit card. Their customer support chat uses Facebook messenger which is also another joke zero help whatsoever. They finally asked me to create a ticket by clicking Helpdesk under My Account. Turns out there is no Helpdesk option in My Account. It should not be this difficult to make one single purchase. The website and customer support is atrocious and needs a complete overhaul. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

I back-ordered a PS5 with Shopto, which they cancelled, claiming there were two going to my address. This is categorically not true, so they most likely either made a mistake or are making excuses because they ran out of stock. Dreadful experience, and I now have a complete lack of trust in this company and won't be ordering from them again. To make matters worse, when I posted this on trustpilot, ShopTo flagged it as "illegal or abusive" (which it is neither).
