You are a scam on senior citizens. I responded to a well known store asking for my response toma survey which I did. Then I received a response promising an interesting toaster which it claimed they had only two left, but I had won it, only needed to pay mailing costs. Then I received an emai congratulating me for the payment, and now they would. Enter me in a contest for the toaster. I replied to refund my money. I had to call a number lister to hear they had charged me for the mailing cost and also for 33.00 more, which I never was told I was purchasing anything, I think they planned to charge for 33.00 for a long time. This is a scam for senior citizens. I think I am going to make sure this doesn’t happen again. You should be ashamed of yourselves, you are robbing the poor and destitute. Shame on you! .

Bought a few times of this maeco reseller, the last time they sent a dehumidifier which was a customer return used in a moldy environment which triggered severe asthma and allergies in my daughter which took longer than 24 hours to link to dehumidifier but it clearly is responsible! I had missed the return period as I was remediating and cleaning up house to use dehumidifier. The dehumidifier blew out mold spores and contaminated everything. Receptionist admitted they sell returns on if in working order and look new. Mine came with filter attached when contacted maeco say they should not and as it was a customer return the reseller should exchange despite being out of 14 day return period. The reseller showed no empathy or appreciation of being a repeat customer and are refusing to exchange despite sending a used contaminated unit. Poor service all around.

No product and no refund and excuses, I ordered a pool for my 6 year old birthday and paid 10 pounds for delivery and I have still not received my package a week later, I have for a refund and they will not give me my money back. I now have a very upset child. STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD

I had a false activity on my account. Not sure the person was able to order. However when I realised the issue very dealt with it professionally and credited all funds bsckbinto my account.

Are any of you sick and tired of making payments to Littlewoods 13 times a year on a 28-day cycle, instead of on common sense fixed monthly payments, 12 times a year, which is more likely in keeping with how you are paid? Moreover, are any of you even more peeved off with having to pay a £12 late payment charge (most likely because of their totally irregular payment cycle) on any occasion when you cannot make a payment on the dates that they demand? Well I believe that these charges could actually be illegal because under British law “terms and conditions” have to be fair and excessive charges and disproportionate sanctions are illegal, moreover terms that allow a company to impose disproportionately high charges on customers for breach of contract are likely to be deemed unfair by any overseeing organisation/body. So, if you are as sick of the way Littlewoods are treating you just as I am, then may I suggest that you lodge an official complaint with Mr Andrew Baily Chief Executive Officer of the Financial Conduct Authority - Andrew dot Bailey @ fca.org.uk The more people who submit a complaint to Mr Bailey, the faster these unfair business practices and the potentially illegal charges with be dealt with.

Sent a laptop for repair which I had insured. They sent it back a week later in the same state with no note. Had to call up to be given some lame excuses as if I had caused the break, which they could see wasn’t possible. Avoid like the plague....I don’t think there partner little woods is any better

Unbelievably bad customer service and unscrupulous practices. Good luck if you ever have an issue with this company, they do not care about customers and will happily wreck your credit rating. You have been warned!

Shocking company. Had a Shop Direct account with Very and Littlewoods and have never been so disappointed and unsatisfied with the service from both companies. There's far too much to write but this company will take your money but not allow you to purchase any more items due to money not showing in account. My money got taken from my bank account and went to Very's account but they could not locate it. Over 24 hours later and the money is still not on my account. I trued to buy an Xbox for my 6 year old but can't because Very does not know where my money went. They then reduce my credit limit for no reason making it even more difficuilt to buy anuything. I have spoken to over 6 different advisors and been hung up over 3 times. Not one advisor has a clue and they all give you conflicting information. Company rips you off and expects weekly payments even though most customers are salaried and get paid monthly. Just a con to charge customers even more due to late payments and interest comes off just when ever suits without any prior notification, again, to get more money out of customers. Company is shocking and anyone with sense will boycott this mickey mouse organisation.
