“I am very happy with the service which I received on my first order. I had had difficulty locating a particular malt whisky for my husband's birthday in local stores, so decided to look online. The website made it easy to browse and easy to order and the whisky arrived within 4 days. I would certainly recommend the website and probably visit it again.”

“Lack of information is biggest problem. Order and money accepted, only to be followed by email 3 days later saying out of stock! Order eventually delivered but dreadful after sales service.”

“I recently ordered two bottles of fine Whiskey from this website. I am from Canada and was unaware of the taxes that my government imposes on importing alcohol from foreign countries. The charges were enormous, almost double what I paid for the bottles and shipping. I was unable to afford the charges so I had to return the bottles. It did take a while for the turn around, but I contacted the company regarding the issue and they were extremely understanding. The communication was good, and they refunded my money without question. I was not able to have the shipping cost refunded as per the prearranged agreement and I was fine with that. I was very appreciative of the high calibre customer service and no nonsense rigamiroll in refunding my money. They are an excellent and understanding company that has your best interest at heart, and are willing to do what is necessary to make their customers happy. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for rare and exclusive Whiskeys as they are reliable with regards to delivery and tracking, and you can feel safe knowing that if there is a problem, and things need to be returned they will offer a full refund with no hassles. Piece of mind is worth far more to me than the cost of the alcohol and shipping. If there is one thing I could recommend it would be that they should make their new and inexperienced customers very aware that depending on their location they will be looking at extremely high taxes to have the products get past customs, it was not made explicitly clear to me at least in the ordering process or on the website. Other then that nothing but good things to say. 5 Stars, great company. Order with piece of mind, they deliver on their services.”

“As far as I am aware you have not yet despatched the order. It was out of stock, and you informed me that you would let me know when it has been shipped. I have nit heard from the recipient that it has arrived yet. If you have despatched the order, please let me know when. Thank you. At present I have no comment to make on your service, except to say that I cannot condone your accepting an order for an out of stock item!”
