“I didn't get the two bottles that i ordered. It took a while before they asked me if i were okay with only one bottle. The delivery of the ordered bottle took to long to reach me. I placed my order 29th of march and the bottle was delivered 15th of april. 2 and a half weeks is way too long. I'm happy that i placed my order with a lot of days to spare before my best buddies 40th birthday.”

“competitive prices and easy to use website. Delivery tracking available and goods ex stock so arrived within days. Only snag was the presentation box was slightly dented but nothing too drastic. No damage to the whiskey! Great overall service - very pleased.”

“The product arrived fine and carefully packed, but I payed extra for next day delivery and it did no arrive the next day (I put in the order on Sunday, so Monday was the next working day for the order to go through so therefore it should have arrived Tuesday, but it didn't arrive until Wednesday which meant that I couldn't give it to my brother for his birthday to take back to France with him... disappointing).”

“My order was delivered very promptly, impressed!! The bottle of Malt whisky ordered was a ten year Tamdhu which is just supersmooth, nice nose, malty and spicey, honey and toasted barley flavours come through, even toffeeish, very clean and sweet on the palate. A great buy and a very reasonable price for this wonderful golden coloured malt whiskky. Thank you so much I certainly will use Shop4whisky.com in future! Excellent service.”

“A totally incompetent outfit, do not take notice of delivery requests, Do not reply to emails, when they do its far too late to be of any use. STAY WELL CLEAR IS MY ADVICE”

“I am very disappointed with the service and the lack of replies to my emails! I have had good service from you in the past, but on this occasion please note the following:- 1. I have not received any whisky from you at all, although I have paid £74 on March 5th! 2. I was unable to purchase the two whiskies that were advertised. 3. The delay has meant that I have missed the birthday that it was meant for. It seems incredible that you could ask for feedback when I neither have received my order, or have been recompensed for it. I was so happy last time that I recommended you to many of my friends and relatives at my son's wedding. Now, that feeling has disipated. I hope to receive the Glendullan from you, and the remainder refunded. Susan Taylor”
