“As always cannot fault the service although the courier did not follow the delivery instructions fully. Garage was not secured with the padlock. Have not sampled the product as it is a gift.”

“Whisky did not arrive within stated time ~ when I 'phoned up asking what had happened to order it transpired that the order had NOT even been sent ~ yet monies had been taken from my account. I was offered a full refund or 24hr Parcel Force delivery ~ chose the latter,whisky arrived on friends birthday. I was pleased that every effort was made to get whisky there on time but at the same time I was annoyed that the order was not followed through properly.”

“Very quick and helpful service. My first choice was out of stock, so I was given two others to pick from. My second choice was also out of stock, so the third choice was sold to me at the same price as my first choice, even though it was more expensive. “I had been given a small bottle of Isle of Jura Origin whiskey - and was so impressed by its delightful taste - I had to have more. The ease of service and in receiving (a very well packaged bottle)and emails from you has also impressed me. I shall be buying from shop4whiskey again and recommend others do the same.”
