“Very long time to wait for repairs because apparently they only have one engineer. 4+ weeks without an oven isn’t great. Also felt they were condescending to me in person, which I didn’t appreciate. Service over the phone however was great.”

“Great service, both in the shop and at home.Very polite, helpful and efficient. Fitter even tracked down a gas leak from the meter box! called the British Gas out who then had to fix the problem there and then.”

“good service machine repaired the only downside was the lack of contact from you. we were not kept in touch ref parts and the second visit i had to call twice to get that info.”

“The company was really responsive... immediately picked up the phone, then gave me a date and time the engineer would arrive. They even called to let me know he was 10 minutes away. Matthew was brilliant... he explained everything clearly and the whole repair went exactly as described. Really excellent company... they put their customers first. Would definitely recommend.”
