“Positives: Customer service is good, appointment available within 2 days, the engineer is ok Negatives: the engineer had no basic parts, though he was aware of the problem (Heating coil), parts are massively overcharged (£15-20 parts are charged for £60)”

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, Ervin. We do our up-most best to ensure we have a range of commonly used parts on our engineer's vans however sometimes these do get used and stock replenishment can take a while, depending on part availability with our suppliers. As you can imagine, there are a lot of makes and models of appliances out there and it can be hard to keep hold of every stock item. Regarding the cost, we always make our customers aware of the cost before going ahead, as we did with you before ordering parts or proceeding with a repair. Our rates and cost of parts are competitive and in line with the current market. When looking for spare parts online, you do have to be careful that 1) They are the correct part for the model and 2) That the spare part is of a reasonable quality. Having said that, we are glad you were happy with our timescales and quality of repair. - Georgia

“Excellent customer service throughout with very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Purchased a Neff slide and hide oven and Boshe series 4 Induction hob. Installers came out to assess our existing space, prior to fitting products, to ensure there would be no unforseen problems. The oven and hob were fitted really quickly from purchase and look great. The installers went through using the products before they left and we are really happy with the service. Great to support a local company and would Def use them again.”
