Too soon to give a definitive opinion. However, I am disappointed that the firm did not proactively notify me that the item was out of stock, on a longer than expected lead time and that its notified delivery window would not be met. The firm's systems should be programmed to send a notification of delay automatically.

I ordered items on web site. Paid in full. Few days later I got email saying on back order and won’t be in till end of April. Web site should say out of stock.

My order has not yet arrived, not immediately obvious why the delivery window should be three weeks with no explanation or update. I’m not impressed with the service or being asked for a review before the order has been dispatched.

Not great as ended up ordering the same part as the first order didn't arrive ( it did eventually) Probably more down to Royal Mail but I would suggest maybe use a different carrier

Hello, Your staff have been most helpful, and have found the right part for me, however, I am still trying to order the part online. Unfortunately, when I put my address in, your system automatically changes my country from Australia to USA? The address field allows the address in Australia, but when you advance to the final page it lists it as been in USA. This is very frustrating. I still need to order the parts but can't as your system has them going to the wrong country. Please advise. Kind Regards Duncan Packington

Item exactly what I wanted and sales identified it quickly for me. Item extremely expensive for what it is but seemed to be only place currently in stock

Guy from whitegoods offered me no support when he found out my fan unit was old. I asked for some advice but as he was not going to benefit from a sale he offered no help or support. See screenshot below.

Ahem, it's not because we weren't going to lose a sale or not get one, it's because you were asking us about something that we do not do,m have no involvement in and therefore we couldn't advise you. The hood you have is ancient, from the 1990's or earlier so all parts are obsolete, can't help you with that as nobody makes them any longer. We don't sell hoods or have any knowledge of new one so, we can't help you with that either. We do what we do well, we don't do other "stuff".

I am very disappointed to find because the part which I needed was no longer available I had to purchase a whole new oven. Several hundreds of pounds difference. It grieves me that this can happen that a perfectly good working oven, with merely a broken rubber seal, [meaning that the top oven was losing much heat to the room and food took so much longer to cook] had to be dumped. In these days when we are encouraged to recycle and repair, I am hardly encouraged to do so. I appreciate the fact that because I had owned a Belling before, I got a discount, though not as much as I been led to believe. I am sure the new oven will give me good service, but that doesn't alter the fact that it is an incredible amount of waste [dumping the old oven] and my money being obliged to purchase a new one.

apparently the manufacturer of our oven went out of business so no parts are available they at least got back to me in a timely manner

Item not arrived as yet, they did notify me it was out of stock and would dispatch it when in stock, will leave it a few weeks and try ordering it elsewhere if it does not arrive.
