Usually a very good experience, however on this occasion I asked a question about a washing machine motor hoping for identification of a replacement. The answer was for a completely different motor, other websites showed my motor and the one suggested on this website. When I questioned this website's response I was basically told that's it. Result= scrapped washing machine.

The oven element replacement worked great, however, it was lucky that it was still in one piece after being delivered by Evri delivery service. The parcel looked like it had been stamped on during transit, and there was no additional protective packaging around the part to prevent it being damaged, the connectors were both poking right through the cardboard box. Maybe a different delivery service should be considered in the future.

Took nearly two weeks to come and had to contact customer service as I heard nothing. They were very prompt in replying to me which was good and was sent shortly after. I paid for it to be tracked but never received any tracking details and it just turned up at the door

I ordered 2 hood filters, one was delivered, still chasing the second one for 2 weeks now, I received a Royal Mail tracking reference, which didn't work and said we will notify you when we are going to deliver, I had to chase uk whitegoods for my order, I asked for a refund for the

I was trying to get information on the clips for a Elica cooker hood, I have managed to get them sent to me by phone in the past, but this time I was told only on line. The technical department tried to help as there were no photos on line of the part, I wanted a right hand clip but I was told they didn't do right and left hand clips , which they actually do as I eventually found them after 3 days of searching and emails.

They sent the correct plastic part of the fridge shelf but I didn't realise the glass part was separate and I had thrown it away with the broken plastic part. The two parts appeared to be fixed. As I had written to Whitegoods, as suggested, to ask about the part I think you could have alerted me to the fact that only the plastic part would be sent.

swift response to first enquiry but sine then all e mail directly to same address undelivered. Quite frustrating. I will need to go back to the original web site and request I suppose

My initial enquiry was answered very quickly and efficiently. I placed my order within hours of the reply but have been disappointed with the post-order efficiency. I was told that my order would be delivered by 10 May but I am still waiting for delivery on 16 May. I do now have a tracking number albeit I had to chase for this, and I hope to get delivery within the next few days.

Disappointed that I had to contact UK Whitegoods to find out why my order had not arrived within the expected two week timescale (advertised as usually within 3-9 days...) only to be told it was not a stocked part and had to be ordered from elsewhere first. UKW should have provided that information at the point of ordering to be honest, it shouldn't take customers chasing to find out. Good price and item, useful forum for advice, ordering process was easy enough and the website wasn't difficult to use.

Part never shipped after two weeks. UK whitegoods didnt contact me to explain why parts did not ship. Upon contacting UK Whitegoods over e-mail the rep was friendly and explained the parts listed in stock were actually not actually in stock in their local warehouse. I appreciated their honesty but wished they contacted me sooner and updated their webpage. A full refund was issued.

Helpful and prompt staff with my query but all seems to be online. Ordered and paid for goods but nothing other than invoice etc received. Had to chase after two weeks to be informed that there was a delay in manufacturing and therefore the reason why I heard nothing! It would be more customer friendly if I didn’t have to chase and had received a notice of the delay. Otherwise I have no complaints so far as nothing received yet.

I was very pleased that I was able to order the part I required for my washing machine, as this was not available in the usual retail outlets. Unfortunately however, I am still awaiting delivery, after my order was placed over 2 weeks ago!
