“Goods are reasonably priced, despatch times and delivery times need to be improved. After using this service to get a couple of washing machine vibration dampeners, I had to wait for what I consider to be an unacceptable amount of time for delivery. I purchased another dampener from another supplier at exactly the same time as it wasn't available through this company, it arrived almost a week before UkWhiteGoods purchase; I may use this company again, but I would certainly look elsewhere first”

“Whilst you appear to have located the part I was looking for, it was a different brand and code number, so I wasn't confident in ordering it. You also stated I was out off stock, so I was not prepared to pay and wait for something that may or may not come back into stock!? I'm pleased you acknowledged my email and you were prompt.”

“Pleased with the oven shelves when they finally arrived. They appear to be equal in appearance and quality to the originals. However, the customer service provided by UK Whitegoods is poor as there is no provision to speak to anyone via telephone and my emails did not receive a response.”

“I asked if they sold the stick of colour change strips , the ones which contain a chemical which spreads along an extractor filter to show when it needs changing. They did reply and asked me to supply more information, I didn’t do this as I had run out of one finger typing energy”

“I had to contact UK Whitegoods to confirm which cooker timer I needed. The one I required was not on the website so I was advised how to order the correct part. The part arrived and has since been fitted. It works fine so I'm pleased.”

“Paid for the upgraded delivery which was 3 to 5 working days instead of the 7 to 9 and after eight days no product got in touch with white goods who said they send it first class Royal mail came the next day. Random nothing else has turned up, didn’t receive any delivery notifications so I believe they didn’t try to send it at all although we do have the product now and the cooker is working fine.”

“The product was good and as requested. It was disappointing though, that as a small business that needs receipts, the company do not provide a proper invoice, instead an email has to do. They say that they have run this by HMRC and that is fine by them, however, it is about what your customer wants, not what you want. So create a system that is acceptable to HMRC and your customers. It's not hard.”
