“Order on june, in August the tracking number said it's delivered which was big lie. I disputed the charges. Please don't order anything from Shoonn It6a scam.”

“You crooks!!!! Ordered guitars in April, told me they were delivered, said they would resend order , now they said I probably sent them wrong address and it's my fault because apparently someone signed for them. Won't show me picture of order with address on it,or tell me name of courier who delivered order. Why? Because your scumbags!”

“I placed a $33.00 order on July 17 and never got a confirmation number or delivery date. To date still have not received my order. I have a friend who ordered around June 10 and they still have not received their order either. Apparently this company is a scam. I could either use what I ordered or my $33 back in my account. If they come across your facebook page, run, run run and do not order from them.”

“I’m sick of emailing you that my order has not arrived. Many times i have you sent me a email asking for my money back. You then send me a fake tracking information funny is that the tracking says the day I send the the email saying it’s arrived in Australia. Then it does not show any more. When I questioned you about it you said it had arrived I have cameras it never arrives. You are scammers and give genuine on line companies a bad name..”

“In March, I ordered $56 of merchandise! It's June and I'm still waiting. 3 times, I received paperwork tell me the order was delivered when it was not. This is a SHAM!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS FRAUD OF A COMPANY!!! I contacted the FBI and it turns out that I'm not the only person complaining!! Liars, cheaters, thieves!!! What good are low prices when they cheat you out of the money anyway??”

“Yep. They are totally fake. At this point, even if they return my money, I still know they are fake and I also know they are not able to produce the clothes I ordered for $5 a piece. I was wrong. I should have know it was too good to be true. I ordered clothes and they sent me a fake diamond. Delivery is showing May 1st. Never happened. Fake courier and tracking service as well -- a company called Ltian Exp from China - yeah. That part!”

“I placed and paid for my order in March and up to now I have not received it. I have been fallowing the track number and supposedly it was delivered in April 30 . I think this company and the App that they use to fallow the shipment are fake. (Poor service )😩my money 😡”

“On the 5th day of delivery, I phoned to enquire when the pumps I had ordered would arrive only to find the parcel hadn't been dispatched yet. It did arrive next day by special courier at no cost to me. When the parcel was opened, the shoes were both for the right foot. These were for my daughter's birthday. The saga is ongoing.”

“Wish I'd read this before I ordered. Took my money on the 9th June, cancelled my order two days later without explanation. All emails to customer services get bounced back & it's impossible to get through by phone. This is awful service, I would like my account credited . Order ref #17511. Has all the hallmarks of a company going down the pan & shafting consumers. Avoid!”

“Placed order on 03/06/19, they have taken my money but heard nothing about despatch. Emailed customer service but my emails keep bouncing and can't get through to customer service, the one time I got through I was promised a call back but never got one. Be Very wary about ordering from Shoon or Moda in Pelle since they appear to be in chaos and I might lose my money, you might too.”
