“25th birthday party organised by ReleaseDRiddim, Shoobs, and The London Boat Party. Premium tickets for table and extras. Staff were arguing. My friends and i were kept waiting for 45mins to be seated and left to our own devices. Cake and ice in ice bucket was melted. Not everyone in my group had a seat or a glass which had to be requested on multiple occasions. Staff did not care about other customers being sick on the boat. I asked for a partial refund and got nothing back apart from an apology. Really disappointing and would no recommend. I was embarrassed having bought my friends there.”
