Alles hat super geklappt, etwas nervig sind nur die ständigen Nachfragen den Auftrag zu vergeben. Dies sollte bei einem doch recht weit in der Zukunft liegenden Termin des Transports vermieden werden.

Kommunikation nur mit schreiben zum Transporter ist bisschen nervig.. Aber auch Verständlich für die Geschäfte von Shiply.. . sonst würde es für Shiply auch keinen Gewinn und Sinn machen... Alles bestens👍👍👍

I organized 2 transports with shiply. One of them was canceled by the company and when I tried to give a neutral rating and explain that it didn't happen I saw, that I had given them already a 5-star positive rating (which I did not) due to the passage of time. I contacted shiply and got a really fast answer. They reopened the transportation search and explained to me, that I would be able to use my paid down payment for an alternative transportation offer or offered me a refund. Since I didn't find a suitable alternative I asked for a refund - yet to be paid. The second transportation was executed flawlessly and I am really happy to have found a good company through this website which I would be able to do otherwise (since it was a polish company and they were driving the route anyway). I saved a lot of money this way!

Shiply es una excelente opción para buscar transportes. No siempre las ofertas son económicas, depende de la suerte que tengas en que varios transportistas les interese tu servicio, pero en general obtendrás presupuestos por debajo de la habitual.

Not allowing us to directly negotiate the price justifying the 4 out of 5, your platform simply delete message containing price proposition: maybe let the customer choose to use your negociation service or not. Out of this was perfect, Thanks

The platform is fine. I have a problem with the way Shiply handles feedback. Unless they have changed their policy, if no feedback is left when Shiply thinks a delivery was made, they rate this as positive. Therefore if a customer delays with feedback you can see a positive rating with negative writing.

some of the text filters are too sensitive, it was impossible to leave dimensions for the items because the system thought it was a phone number
