I find the site shiply very helpful to find quickly a transporter. Thanks to the evaluations given, it is easy to find something suitable. The only thing which is not correct ist the amount taken by shiply. In their statutes is written 10 to 14% but you don't have the possibility to see it before accepting the deal and then you have the surprise that shiply takes 43% in my case. I wrote shiply to get an explanation for this. But I didn't get an answer till now.

Not the best experience. Payment instructions were not clear, and so on delivery, I got harassed by the driver while at a wedding. Needs to be clearer on what is expected.

Shiply is a very good idea but the automatic algorithms need improvement. If I try to discuss via message the pick up times, the system identifies numbers and thinks i am trying to bargain prices or send direct contact data and blocks the message. This should be taken care of, it is impossible that this problem has not been identified earlier.

Communication started out very well. I accepted an offer. The company which made the offer was new to Shipley, did not like the terms of the contract with Shipley, and will not continue the business relationship. They referred me to another transporter, who was excellent

Initially very convenient, if you haven't a list of shippers to hand, but quickly becomes tiresome as Shipley ensures that they keep their commission.

You need to process the payments faster. This is a Show stopper for Transports that need to be arranged quickly.

Man bekommt keine Rechnung über die Provision von Shiply.. Man kann sich die Finger danach wundschreiben.. und die Gebühren von Shiply sind unverhältnismäßig hoch.

It all seemed fairly good though I was uncertain on how to stop quotes coming through once I asked for a quote, without only accepting a quote.

Once you have received a quote, our system assumes that you are still interested in receiving quotes from other couriers until you accept one. The idea is good but I had some issues: - messages were restricted/controlled at the beginning because also typing information like weight and nr.of boxes the system recognised it as telephone number. Asked info to the customer care, sharing the screenshots that I didn't add any personal info but they didn't solve the issue but answered on the ticket that was solved. - payment by sepa has been worked only after a week and in the meantime no communication with the choosen moving company was possible. Also here pushed several times with the customer care, asking to elaborate the payment asap but no real help received.

This is a fantastic service and provided simple shipping when I need it. However, they do not vet all the carriers, and the first service provider scammed me out of $303. Shiply only refunded $50.

I think the site was useful, provided me with the needed contact and service I required, there is a lot of room for improvement on oversight on this site/service. There are a LOT of profile bids that were clearly not from reputable service, the amout of scam profiles was note worthy.

Collection and delivery took ages, arrived damaged. Contact details for courier booked are incorrect and couldn’t speak to company directly. Company was called RedCube but emails came from SK logistics….. from instruction to delivery was living nightmare.

Communication was lacking initially and took over a month to get a pick up. Driver’s barely spoke English. Pick up was 6 hours later than originally planned. Delivery was late.

Easy to use. There are hidden fees that I didn’t like. When I booked the shipping company I paid a down payment that was suppose to go to the shippers nut was later explained went to Shipley.
