“Transport zur Zufriedenheit abgewickelt. Ein Punkt Abzug wegen eigenwilliger Bezahlmodalitäten - bevor man überhaupt zur Firma kommt, bezahlt man schon bei Shiply, PayPal geht dabei aber nicht, und man muss offensichtlich ein bisschen warten um günstigere Angebote zu erhalten.”

“Useful platform. The chat sometime stops you from asking some questions which can be problematic though. For example, validating the price. I was requesting a quote for a transport within the us as a canadian. The prices were shown in CAD on my interface, so I assumed that Shiply was converting the prices. Chat wouldn't allow me to ask this kind of question and I ended up having a quote with the shiply fee in CAD and the balance in US. Shipper explicitely said the quote was in USD, but it wasn't clear they had the responsibility to convert their quote to CAD themselves or if Shiply was doing that.”

“Die Abholung und die Lieferung des VW T 3 Bus erfolgte professionell. Auch hat es mit dem finanziellen alles geklapt. Das Speditionspersonal war freundlich und zuverlässig. Gerne komme ich auf Shiply beim nächsten Transport zurück.”
