Hello Sylver, I'm truly sorry to hear about the sudden increase in the price you experienced. Please note we do not allow couriers to charge extra on top of the quote you have accepted unless there are additional items, change of address and other things that are stated on their Terms and Conditions. The accepted price is what you are expected to pay and no more. If this happens, you have the option not to proceed. Absolute time waster. DO NOT BOOK with these clowns. Took my deposit straight away then i received email from Shiply saying they are dodgy and to not go ahead with them. Gave them another chance just to receive a text on pick up date saying their can broke down. What a bunch of clowns.do not bother with them.

They had me pay a deposit then the day of pick up they said they couldn’t do it even though I paid the deposit they told me to call Shiply for a refund after I wasted my whole weekend waiting on my car

After accepting a quote and paying Shiply their cut, the courier sent a text message direct to my phone, not via Shiply, demanding I pay them a further £115 to complete my job. I reported them to Shiply who simply cancelled my job. They don't seem to care that the couriers they represent are trying to scam their customers. Still awaiting the refund of the commission I paid Shiply. Shiply, shame on you !

I will not be using this company again !! I was quoted one price up on picking up the other bike they wanted more money even though they had all the information in the first place!! When I contacted them they said sort it out with the agent!!

One of the worst experience as the delivery time and date was first really long and frustrating to establish and much later than what was agreed. They said to give a delivery slot within 3-5 days but I could only get it after 6days. The delivery was for today 21/03, which I asked to change as it is my birthday. They said they can't change the date to Friday or the weekend and I said I will come to the office only for them to receive the item if that's the only slot as I cannot do it next week. The day before I confirmed with them the given delivery time and date.(see photo attached) I came to the office to receive the item today only to get a text message at the time when delivery was supposed to be, that the delivery date is now changed to 23march Saturday (note that when I asked this date it wasn't given to me!) The contact number of the particular company working for shiply (Gary83) is not working, you can never reach them by phone but don't think the shiply customer service contact number is working instead. The shiply customer service number advertised is also put there to mislead people into thinking there is a contact number *******2454) as this is a legal requirement. No, shiply doesn't have a phone service you can contact either. You can only raise a ticket. There is no communication and everything is very frustrating, and utterly unprofessional Please avoid unless you have no job or family to attend and have all the time in the world to be ready when they give you a time and date and then casually change it expecting you to be ready to receive the item

Very poor experience. Accepted a bid but then only to be withdrawn and a much higher quotes to then be offered alongside other hugely inflated quotes for simple pallet move. Shiply over 6 times a simple pallet professional company. Waste of time but good to know how good professional companies are at this and not these jokers. Total waste of time...avoid!

Avoid avoid avoid any company you can only contact through email is a fraud. I swear there writing there own reviews. They have taken my money and not delivered my item and can I get any sense to know why no I get one response back a day. Making no sense item has not been returned you don’t get a call and they just hold on to your item and no phone 📞 line. Avoid.

Canceled my delivery and have to arrange someone else to deliver, completely unprofessional, would highly recommend using any other company. Complete waste of time using this horrible company id rate it a zero if it was possible

Not what went wrong, there was nothing right from the beginning. Shiply offers ZERO shipper assistance. After they get your money, they wash their hands from you. Shiply is not a shippers representative as they claim, they do nothing on your behalf regarding the transport company demanding more monet at the destination than the accepted bid, which they set the minimum price. I did not now I was accepting a bid from a predatory broker, that sold it to another predatory broker, that sold it to a transport company. All involved companies do not follow shipping instructions as agreed upon, lack communication, and should not be in a people industry with the attitudes that they ALL displayed. DO NOT USE SHIPLY, THEY DO NOT PROVIDE ACCESS TO PROFESSIONAL TRANSPORT COMPANIES. THEY ARE NO BETTER THAN THE PREDATORY BROKERS, THAT THEY CLAIM THEY SCREEN OUT, TO ENSURE ONLY LEGITIMATE TRANSPORT COMPANIES WILL BE BIDDING ON YOUR LOAD. Save yourself the frustration, hidden costs, lack of respect, and communication. Hire directly from a TRANSPORT COMPANY, and have them move you as far away from SHIPLY as possible.

Had a shipment get into a accident and was totaled. The vendor refuses to refund me the money I paid for the shipment nor will they pay the deductible. When I reached out to Shiply to assist they basically said "sorry but nothing we can do". If you are not going to vet your carriers or hold them responsible for what they are doing then why bother using this platform. It is too risky and I am out over $6000.00

I have used them in the past and it was great. Now, however, they won't take the deposit via card nor paypal nor anything other than a third party website who are asking me for all my bank details. My bank says its high risk and I must not give my bank details to anyone, trustpilot has no reviews, a scam-website expresses caution. Have emailed Shiply twice for an alternative - they just say no. So I cant accept any of the quotes. Absolutely useless customer service!

If it is possible, l would like to put negative star. Totally nonsense people, poor communication (seems he doesn't know English) The service was not door to door please be careful. Schedule was a mess because he says I don't have a certain time for delivery. But they still need to give me date, time, location for drop off the vehicle. Then I could plan ahead. Finally I have to chase him 20's of time then get the time n place for drop off vehicle. The arrival time was late than they assumed. Supposed vehicle will be arrived on early of the week, finally we get the vehicle at Wednesday late afternoon. So I totally strong not recommended this service.

Since July, Shiply has blocked access to the platform for new companies. They wrote that they are updating the platform. It's been going on for 9 months now! I guess they lost the court case because they can't accept new companies. For other and new companies, it is not fair on shiply's part because they do not know where they stand. Of course, Shiply blocks honest carriers for free and without giving a reason. They don't respect transport companies.

I used 'Scheduled-Deliveries' to transport a pedal car for me. The delivery driver had a serious attitude issue,and should no way be representing a company of any kind.Foul, potty-mouthed shouting every swearword that has ever been heard in the courtyard of the private apartments.I would never,every use this company again,where by contrast using Shiply in the past has been a pleasant experience.Give 'Scheduled-Deloveries' a very wide birth,unless you want to be the subject of abuse by someone who has no respect for people who pay his living,or for the job he is doing. A complete disgrace to the industry,and an enbarrassment to his company for sure.This experience can only cost them dearly.Remember,the man who pays the piper calls the tune. Paul Johnson.
