The website was not straight forward at all, logging in was a real headache particularly regarding changing passwords. The delivery company who we chose was excellent in every way.

It is good when it is working. If anything goes wrong it is not possible to contact any customer service to deal with the problem. Once you pay you will not get your money back which is very bad customer service practice. This means you have lost your money regardless. This should be sorted out. Now I have money sitting my account that I can not use.

no matter how many times i try and tell shipoly over the phone...they dismiss me as a nutter. Their website has viewing and interaction problems in certain browsers. I use Chrome and for mort of the time I cannot 'log on' |I have to find an old email from shiply and get into my account this way. there is def a prob with aceess and there are lots o gremlins in the access software. It's surprising I manage to book a van from time to time but I do...the drivers seem to be togther

not very impressed with services provided by shiply, they take payment for the services yet when there is a problem then they stand aside and tell you you have to deal with it yourself, very bad attitude.

Very unreliable website, if you leave negative feedback following a problem with a courier, the courier an have your feedback removed !!! Whats the point of feedback. Also couriers can accept a job and than cancel on you last minute with no implication to themselves what so ever. Lastly.... try and call shipy customer service.... DONT if you value your sanity !!!! Absolute RUBISH AT PRESENT

As a first-time user, I found the website confusing and not user-friendly; consequently, I made an error with the initial booking. (It is very unclear as to how the date/time of collection is to be arranged with the transport provider). This first job had to be cancelled, but I (still) haven't been able to find where to do this on the website. I've been unable to contact Shiply for help, and refund of that deposit, despite trying repeatedly for 10 days. (Phone help not available and no response to emails). I knew what to do (by trial and error!) when I re-advertised the job, which was completed to my satisfaction. The website is a great idea but needs to be more explicit for inexperienced users. Shiply customer service is appalling!

You are taking your chance and asking strangers to deliver your goods. I've used shiply twice, 1 delivery was 2 days late, the other delivery was 3 weeks late. Only use shiply if you are not in a rush to get your stuff delivered on time. Both occasions were long distances from Glasgow to Portsmouth so I understand things can get delayed with those kind of journeys

it is not the fault of shiply that I am disappointed by the service but the carrier that let me down. HOWEVER the extensive process of requesting the refund of my deposit paid to Shiply, and the time it took to get satisfaction IS the fault of Shiply. Your form insists on minimum 200 odd characters to explain the reasons and to be honest, if you ask for a refund for a fault not of your own making you should not have to fill in the extensive essay. I will not be using again any auction sites I am afraid, the cheap quotes caused me far more expense and distress than if was worth

Have had a number of good experiences, but twice now have dealt with horrific individuals. Presently one supplier is refusing to deliver the goods despite having paid him in full. He is demanding more money. Shiply is not replying to my e-mails and they do not have phone support. Next step is having to call the police for legal advice! Nightmare!!! They need to vet people better.

Couriers are not vetted, goods are not insured, communications are non existent. I would not use Shiply again.

The system they used crashed and wouldn't let me progress to next screen even when I received email to do so , then finally after 45 mins waiting for someone to answer the phone I was told to contact the transport company direct ........

I am unable to say whether this is good or bad because at the time of writing the shipment has still not taken place and in fact a date has not been agreed even though I have asked for one.

My orginal shipper cancelled last minute, and was under impression that if I picked another transporter for the same item the credit would have been applied. However I did not get credit, thus I had to pay in full the second shipper. After many attempts to email shiply for a refund from the original shipper I finally received a credit to my account and not a refund. I have no plans to use shiply in the future thus the credit is a waste of time. Very disappointed.

There is no clear indication of what to do after the deposit was taken as if Shiply just completely dropped off from the process. I tried 2 days to contact shiply but all I got was busy or closed. Eventually found the number for the courier and then arrange the whole thing. Things to improve. 1. Clearer instruction on what is happening 2. All contact details for the courier. 3. Clearer message after the 'deposit' was made and what will happen next. All I got was 'I haven't paid yet'
