“total rubbish company with poor customer service would not use them again or recomend to friends”

“Faulty oven fan stopped working 18 months in. Completely unwilling to accept any responsibility and warranty is void because they never sent any paperwork or anything that stated it had to be registered. Burnt insulation at the back NICEIC state this is not normal. SIA state it is completely normal. Don't waste your money purchase from a reputable company that actually honours warranties!!”

“Franke Sirius tectonite 1.5 bowl (Grey) Absolutely beautiful; been installed a month (during lockdown.. heavy usage lol) not one scratch, not even a mark. Extremely aesthetically pleasing. Perfect modern upgrade to any kitchen. Amazing customer service. That good I have ordered the 1 bowl for my utility yesterday and it’s out for delivery today!”

“Scammers, Bought this item cased me an electrical problems at home wire and plug get melted report to this scammer ship it as having-warranty on it but refused replacement they trap me with foolish warranty that doesn’t exist at all, Do not buy this item”

“Terrible service and faulty product! Ordered a carbon extractor fan for the oven, and the product arrived with no plug. Our electrician attached a plug and when he plugged the product in, it tripped the whole house. When complaining to the company as this is a brand new product that hasn't even been used, we were asked what fuse did we put in the socket. When told a 5amp fuse we were told try a 3 amp fuse. This again has been done and we have now been told that the warranty is invalid as the product has been 'tampered with'. The product arrived with no plug so how are we meant to use it and see if it works!?! Absolutely ridiculous, thank you very much for taking our hard earned money for a faulty product which we can now do nothing with and you are claiming no responsibility or offering a solution to solve the problem. Awful experience, stay away!”

“Received a brand new faulty oven. Found it EXTREMELY difficult to get this company to resolve the issue. Basically refused to pick up their faulty oven for a refund Then offered a mechanic to fix it. Mechanic then cancelled for an unknown reason Has taken this company THREE WEEKS to solve the problem. I feel like I am being blamed for the ovens fault. Horrible customer service Woman named Lara - Extremely helpful then horribly unhelpful. Will not be purchasing anything if it states this companies name. Delivered by 3rd party, purchased through amazon then ruined by Sh** tip appliances.”

“Just bought a cooker hood SIS 60cm CG61 it does work only the light comes on when u press the fan buttons it cuts off all the current in the house. Don't let the warranty and labour trick you as it's a lie they send you faulty goods and say it's not there problem worst company worst product don't waste your money buying any of there products as they are faulty and company is a liar about the company labour & warranty DON'T BUY THIS OR ANY OTHER PRODUCT FROM THIS COMPANY SHIP IT APPLIANCES!!!!!!!!!!!!”

“Purchased SIA AGE91BL 90cm 3 Colour LED Edge Lit Black Angled Glass Cooker Hood Extractor. It's looks brilliant, stylish, does get greasy when frying and takes some cleaning/polishing after use. The buttons to operate it may be an issue if you are less than 5ft 5 tall as they are high. Also the glass front closes using magnets. After just 12 months use they have broken. I have had to buy two replacement parts for two clips that may go again within the same time frame as they are made from brittle plastic. Disappointed and would choose a different extractor next time. However customer services were helpful today and managed to rectify. Just disappointed at the cost. I did email ship it appliances when originally purchased as the unit had two scratches on it but I never received a reply and patched it up myself as I wanted to use my new kitchen.”

“I have had three cooker hoods , all failed to work after less than 12 months, when I required the free labour during the first two years I was told that I would have to PAY. I am disabled and now have motor number four plus capacitor to install, when I spoke to a member I asked if the capacitor was wired for starting. Reply I do not know. If it is a Capacitor start motor, then surely it could be a failed Capacitor why the motor will not start. I cannot recommend this product”

“Paid £80 for a mini fridge which was used only for juice cartons and soft drinks for my two young daughters. After one year it stopped working, was overheating and a horrible, brown oily substance was leaking everywhere. The company refused to fix, replace or offer any solution. Terrible customer service and obviously poor quality products sold. Avoid.”
