“DON'T BUY FROM THEM!!! I bought a wooden shed from them 8 weeks ago and on their website it was saying that the delivery time is 7-9 weeks. So my expectation was it will be delivered at earliest 7 weeks, at latest 9 weeks later. And now I am on week 8 and they just said they will deliver on week 11. I raised complaint about it but they said there is nothing they can do, delays are possible at any time and this is part of their T&Cs. So the delivery time they share on their website, it is just a lie to get more customers. I would definitely not buy this shed if I knew it will be delivered in 11 weeks. I now need to change my plans and wait for their delivery on week 11!!”
“Just bought a shed complete with floor support from shedstore. I was advised that bottom frame doesn't fully fit the actual shed. I have contacted company and talked to manager of the store and was negative and unsupportive to my claim.the bottom part is not fitted and was hoping for partial refund but they said because shed was erected the store cannot refund the money which I find rediculus.”
