“Terrible company. Terrible service. Counterfeit products. Avoid!
Having ordered two products from this outfit, only to receive unsuitable / unusable counterfeit products, I attempted to get a refund. The shaving heads would not fit as they were supposed to, and did not last longer than a minute on the machine without breaking.
Items are clearly counterfeit, not just 'unboxed' original replacements as the website very strongly implies.
When attempting to return, they would not reply to any correspondence until I threatened paypal action. Only then did they reluctantly reply in a terse offhand way.
Despite masquerading as a UK company they insisted that I return the items to Thailand to get a refund (clearly costing more than the refund would be). Only when paypal got involved did they admit to having a UK address.
Paypal have forced them to refund and I suggest you do the same, and don't let them push you around. Please find the following info useful if you find yourself in the same situation as me:
