Would have given more stars if the survivor had not left the light on from when he left until we went to bed about 7 hours and the door open making it feel cold downstairs so husband had to turn the heating up. Adding to our heating and electric bill.

This was a survey visit. The technician surveyed the room, checking all details thoroughly and went through the design details to ensure everything was correct. Much more detailed than the sales visit, but didn’t highlight anything unexpected. The technician was prompt, polite & professional.

Called on the day to arrange an earlier visiting time, arrived promptly. Pleasant, efficient and informative. Measured room, talked me through details of the project, all simple and completed speedily. Can't fault either of the Sharps colleagues I've dealt with so far.

Installer eventually arrived on fourth date quoted by Sharps and was only on site for one hour and eighteen minutes when a text message was received from Sharps about the final balance payment.This is typical of Sharps, don't worry about the client just get the CASH!! Wouldn't recommend use of Sharps as their behaviour is most unedifying for a national company.

See earlier review about de!ivery/installation. Phone call 29/3 changed fitting date again from 30/3 to 31/3. Sharps have majority of account cash and are now not particularly interested in the service being provided.

Whole experience with sharps was awful, They are really unprofessional. Basically stress and issues they caused was more than the price of wardrobe. On top of that lying my face, and so on.Customer service is terrible, they are not giving any right instructions at all. Making tiny bit of discount and saying gesture of goodwill was the last drop for me. They even not taking any comments on seriously either. I would not recommend them to anybody.

Install was awful, had people back 4 times to correct mistakes. Tv unit but can’t get cables down the back because of wood support on wall. Giving a tiny discount and then been hounded me for a £350 payment which has been paid but still the letters and calls keep coming. Rubbish left down the side of the house, didn’t tell me and there was a skip on the drive..wood marked, silicon wrong colour, lights don’t switch on and off. Cable tiding keeps falling out. Completed waste of money and wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy

Service is terrible--delivery and installation dates can't be relied on especially if you are in Aberdeen. Total lack of qualified staff in area I.e. only one trained installer to cover whole area. Suggest Sharps instruct their Sales/Survey staff to tell the truth.

We have just had a media unit fitted we are absolutely delighted with the work. The installer we had was Daniel Moldovan what an absolutely delightful young man who got the work done quickly and v efficiently. Thank you

The Designer listened to what I wanted and was full of ideas on how to achieve it. The appointment was relaxed and there was plenty of time to discuss options.

Everything went wrong they don't care if they scrape paintwork etc in any part of your house. Customer Service non existent they don't care was told damage was"minor". Do yourself a favour go to Hammonds.
