“This loan company is completely wrong.... I have phoned them about the money that has been taken out of my account and even if I write to them or email them they won't refund me and this is wrong ... The man on the phone was really rude !!!!! And when they phoned me about the loan he couldn't get me passed onto another company fast enough!! IT'S A SCAM STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!”
“SGE took money from my bank account after saying they would not.
Told me to go into my emails and sign up through an email SGE sent.
Lucky me had the sense not too.
Cancelled under 14 day money at beginning of July.
Fought for the last 2 months to get my money back.
I was given so many excuses from system failure to not enough staff to process my refund.
Got in touch with The Financial Ombudsman.

They took it on free of charge.
A week later.
Got my money back and they had the cheek to say that they were doing it as a goodwill gesture.
